GGuest UserChoosing Shan Yin Qi Zhu was absolutely the right decision for our family trip to Ulan Hada! The room was spacious and bright, plenty of room for my three-year-old to run and play. There's also an enclosed small courtyard where he immediately started playing freely, so we didn't have to constantly watch him. The owner even gave free fireworks to the kids, and my son played so much he didn't want to come back inside. The breakfast, with its buns and millet porridge, was light and perfect for my child's taste. The owner also gave us some homemade, additive-free milk candy, which my son clutched and ate the whole way. It’s only about a twenty-minute drive to the volcano, and the owner even recommended a less crowded, gentle slope route, which made climbing with a child totally manageable. Our whole family had a fantastic time, I highly recommend this place for families with kids!

AAnonymous UserThe day before yesterday, they were very welcoming. They came out to greet us before the car even stopped and helped with our luggage. Very hospitable.
The room had terrible soundproofing. We could hear the neighbor showering very clearly; it was very noisy. The water heater in the bathroom stated that there was a 30-minute wait before the next person could shower, but after waiting for an hour, there was still no hot water. We had to move to another room to shower, but the front desk wasn't very happy about it. They wouldn't let us use the empty room next door and insisted we move to a smaller room.
The food in the restaurant wasn't even properly heated before being served. We decided to drive out to eat.

GGuest UserSpecifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks.

GGuest UserAlthough school has started, I still took my children to this B&B recommended by a friend. The location is easy to find and parking is convenient. When I parked my car and saw the B&B, I immediately felt that I had chosen the right place. The retro green exterior wall was eye-catching and my favorite color. I called the owner’s sister before entering. She greeted us enthusiastically and helped us as soon as we parked at the door. We took our luggage and took us all the way to the room. The overall style of the small courtyard makes people feel warm and comfortable. There are dogs, cats and rabbits in the courtyard, which are so cute. Because it was just me and my child, we only chose the double room. The room was also super clean and hygienic, especially the quality of the bedsheets. It was amazing! ! The courtyard of the B&B is relatively large, and there are independent courtyards for spring, summer, autumn and winter. The names are also quite distinctive. The interesting slogans are full of literature and art. The small details are particularly in place. It can be seen that the owner has paid attention to it. The courtyard has a library, a terrace slide, a bonfire at night, and fireworks. The Mongolian songs are so beautiful. What’s more, the kitchen is open and very clean, and I also like the food. I tasted the Mongolian milk tea, which was salty and delicious, and the grilled lamb chops, which were charred and fragrant. It is very close to the volcano, and the surrounding scenery is also beautiful. However, our time out this time was short and we did not stay enough. Next time, come and experience the blue sky of the grassland, the white clouds of the grassland, the wind blowing in the grassland, see the cattle and sheep in the grassland, and the enthusiasm of the grassland people! ! !

GGuest UserIm impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry.
Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before.
Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

Every staff member at the B&B was incredibly welcoming and warm, making me feel right at home. The amenities in the capsule rooms were very high-end, and I had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant was also clean and tidy, and the ingredients were super fresh.

GGuest UserTraveling during the off-season in winter, the hotel is located right inside the scenic area, with a driving road right next to it. The hotel is large, with spacious corridors and large rooms, and all necessary toiletries are provided. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, ensuring good privacy. There are motion-activated nightlights throughout the room, which is very safe. I must say, the hairdryer dries hair very quickly and is excellent. The hotel is quite new, and there's even a children's play area on the first floor. We set off fireworks outside the hotel. The hotel breakfast offers a variety of local specialties, including shumai, steamed buns, milk tea, yogurt, boiled eggs, fried rice, fries, fruit, and a vegetable salad. You'll definitely be full.

Throughout our stay, any request was met with a swift response, patient communication, and active assistance to resolve issues properly. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful. Breakfast is an exquisite customized set menu, with excellent taste. Overall, from the hardware facilities and functional amenities to the outdoor hot spring experience and attentive service, everything was impeccable. It's truly a top choice for a relaxing hot spring getaway!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel hardware facilities should be better in the local area, and the parking lot is spacious. I thought the accommodation experience should be very good, but I felt all kinds of lack of hotel management from the beginning of the stay. The front desk staff was cold and the service level could not match the hardware. After the check-in, the room smelled. Going to the front desk to change rooms, arranged a worse corner special-shaped room, and then I didn't bother to change or live back to the previous room, and went back to open the window and open the door for ventilation. When I showered at night, I found that there was no floor towel. I called the housekeeping department and replied that the person was arranged to send it. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, someone knocked on the door and said that Building A was not worthy of floor towel. There was a VIP building and there was ... Why didn’t I say it on the phone? The most basic configuration of floor towel to distinguish between ordinary and VIPs. The overall management decision level can be seen. Breakfast is even more outrageous. It is said that it is 9 o'clock, and there is almost nothing at 8:30. The fried pot stew comes out and the guests are snatched like a grab. It is hard to get the last few. It is not very ripe. I didn’t grab anything in the morning. I just rely on two bowls of milk tea and an egg to fill my stomach. Just dragged it until 9 o'clock, and immediately removed the basin, regardless of whether the guests had eaten it or not, what was more annoying was that when they left, they saw a bunch of chef waiters eating breakfast there haha, the whole corn on the table, all kinds of snacks, eggs, everything drilled out, it’s really a long time to see, I have lived in so many hotels, this one is really outrageous. The corridor was dark during the day and looked a bit gloomy.
