"Ulanqab is now also a tourist city, especially in the summer, it is very cool and it is very pleasant to come here to escape the heat. The Holiday Inn Express in Wanda Plaza is also a good choice. Although it is not close to the railway station, the nearby dining and shopping are very convenient. There is also a large parking lot in front of the door. The guest rooms are quite large and it is not crowded for two people to live in. The breakfast restaurant on the third floor is open to the public. "The hotel service was excellent. Upon check-in, the lobby manager not only upgraded our room free of charge but also assisted with check-in in advance and warmly introduced us to nearby restaurants. The professional, warm, and thoughtful service made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. The hotel floor staff also brought welcome fruit and, upon learning we were running low on bottled water, proactively brought us more – very considerate indeed. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious. "Last year during the National Day holiday, I randomly chose Jin Yi Youxuan Hotel to stay in Jining because it had just opened and I was confident in its cleanliness. The experience far exceeded my expectations. It was a three-star hotel with five-star service. My family loved it, and this National Day holiday they unanimously requested to come back to Inner Mongolia again, and of course, stay at Jin Yi Youxuan again. This time, compared to last year, the service was still excellent, and the cleanliness was still very good. However, the room had a stronger smell of smoke, and some of the towels were old. The staff also seemed a little tired, and the afternoon tea snacks had fewer options. But overall, I still recommend it. The afternoon tea was especially convenient for the elderly and children. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but all the items were of good quality, with the shumai and milk tea being particularly delicious. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was spacious, and I could get a good rest. Parking was also convenient. At just over 300 yuan, it was great value for money.

"This is the hotel I booked for my exam trip to Ulanqab. Throughout my stay, I truly experienced the comfort and attentive service expected of an international hotel. First, the environment: the room was clean and tidy, especially beautiful in the mornings and afternoons when the sunlight created a wonderful atmosphere. The room was also fully equipped. It's worth mentioning that the pillows and mattress were more comfortable than any other hotel I've stayed in; the pillows seemed to be made of slow-rebound memory foam, which is really important for someone like me who often suffers from insomnia. Secondly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant was clean and bright. Finally, the service: the front desk staff were very kind, polite, and attentive. They even arranged a private car to pick me up from the high-speed rail station after I booked it in the afternoon. This made for a truly seamless stay. I hope to return not for exams, but to experience such thoughtful and heartwarming service again and to feel the charm of Ulanqab's urban culture. I wish the hotel continued success."

"The room was OK and the overall environment was OK.
A few small suggestions:
1. The hotel with an average price of more than 400 yuan did not have conditioner. My hair was dry after washing.
2. There were a few men at the door one morning. It was a little noisy. Our room was very close to the elevator. The noise made me sleep poorly.
3. The towels were a little yellow? Compared with the towels of many big chain hotels, they were a little bit lame, but they were quite soft.
4. The mattress was hard. Maybe it was good for the waist."

GGuest UserMy child was taking the teacher qualification exam, so I booked this hotel in advance. After staying there for one night, the hotel was indeed clean and quiet. It was close to the exam venue and the study room. The service was good, and daily necessities were replenished in a timely manner. The Civic Center Square was downstairs, and the environment was good. I had a great stay experience!

GGuest UserIm impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry.
Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before.
Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

GGuest UserThis was a breathtaking grassland trip. Xingchen Pasture House was the right choice after comparing several options. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and it had everything a city hotel would expect, with added flair. It defied stereotypes about grassland B&Bs and was a top choice far above other options. We even enjoyed a bonfire party at night, and the vast expanse of grassland flowers opened the window. In the morning, we watched the sunrise and flocks of sheep shrouded in the mist. With excellent hygiene, comprehensive facilities, and a beautiful environment, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the grasslands. Highly recommended!

The family room I stayed in had two double beds, accommodating four people. The room was spacious and comfortable with underfloor heating. GGuest UserVery good! Although this solo trip to Ulanqab was not carefully planned, the food, accommodation, scenery, etc. were just right. Staying at Yaju B&B was beyond my expectations! The room faces the yard with a glass wall. The room is very cozy. The log furniture and warm lighting make people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and there is plenty of hot water, so you can fall asleep peacefully in peace. The front desk also thoughtfully prepared a local specialty breakfast, and the handmade rice cakes and freshly ground soy milk are amazing! It is a 5-minute walk to the volcanic scenic area, which is highly recommended to friends who want to experience a slow life.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was so-so. Upon entering the room, I saw a long hair on the tea table, and there was a handwritten label on the bath towel – a bit odd.
Service: The staff's service attitude was okay, but they were a bit overwhelmed with customers, and check-in was a bit slow.
Facilities: I briefly set up the air conditioning for heating, but it wouldn't turn on; I'm not sure if it was a settings issue. The room phone wasn't connected; I had to find the number online to contact the front desk.
There was no welcome gift upon departure, but they gave me one when I asked if I could take the toiletries kit.
Overall, my experience at this Ji Hotel was just average; the details weren't great. I chose this hotel because of its location and the free admission ticket.

Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm.
Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day.
Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite.
Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. Mmoonki kongTour: Near the north gate of Ulan Hada Volcano Park, very convenient
Accommodation: The first day we stayed in a tent camp in another place, with only public toilets. It was very cold and windy at night, so my friend told me to book a better one the next day. So I booked here the next day. I could take a shower, and the room had a separate toilet and toiletries. I felt happy instantly.
Play: The rich brother set off fireworks for us for an hour 🎆 and shared Gatling with us even though we didn't know each other. Everyone was dancing on tricycles, super excited. There was also a big horse with a shoulder height of more than 2 meters 🐴 who let us sit for free, which was really fun.
Eat: Breakfast was amazing with mutton buns. It was the first time I had such delicious mutton buns in my life. They were as big as a fist and juicy. Each of the five of us ate at least 4! Breakfast was from 7:30 to 9:00, and we got up at 7:30 to eat the first wave of mutton buns. I really want to ask the boss if he can mail me some raw buns, I'll eat them (we have two rooms, and I just want to say that such a good homestay is worth reviewing twice!)

JJHuntBooked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings.
