DDayna LeeHotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us.
When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby.
They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again.
I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help.
Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV.
Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly.
Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!đđ»

My stay at the Yitel Hotel Experience Store in Yangzhou completely redefined my understanding of hotel service. I was touched by their warmth throughout my entire visit, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Yangzhou!
From check-in to check-out, every single staff member â security, front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering â was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a proactive hello. It's clear that everyone enjoys their work, which speaks volumes about the effective management and how well the owner treats their employees, fostering such a warm team!
The butler-style service was outstanding. Messages were replied to instantly, and requests were met immediately. Whether it was a small matter or something unexpected, everything was handled perfectly, with more care than even family members would provide. The room details were impeccable, clean, comfortable, and with high-quality amenities, ensuring a truly peaceful stay. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, leaving me fully satisfied.
The value for money was unbelievably high; the experience far surpassed many five-star hotels! The location is great, the service is excellent, the environment is wonderful, and the food is fantastic. There were no complaints at all, only pleasant surprises. Staying here in Yangzhou was stress-free, comfortable, and reassuring. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family planning to visit Yangzhou â you can't go wrong with this choice!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and parking was convenient. We came to Yangzhou for Huaiyang cuisine and the scenery. I'm especially grateful to the beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk. The restaurant they recommended was exactly what we wanted. However, when I took a taxi, I didn't know why the platform was wrong. I was directed to a different hotel even though the navigation was correct. I probably paid a dozen yuan more, probably because of the platform. But overall, Yangzhou is still a very warm city.

Cleanliness: Both the rooms and public areas were very clean.
Environment: It's extremely quiet, easily one of the quietest hotels around the scenic area. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Service: The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were very professional. Thumbs up!
Oh, and there's a cat in the lobby, haha, so cute! At check-out, they even gave us paper-cuts and some snacks as small gifts. I really liked that.

GGuest UserI checked in on May 17th, and I was really touched. The kids arrived early, and the hotel arranged a room for us at 1:00, and upgraded it! Late check-out, perfect for our family trip! Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, they are beautiful, gentle and enthusiastic! The boss must give them a pay raise and chicken legs! I will stay in your hotel next time, and I have traveled all over Yangzhou in two days. It is separated from the scenic spot by the Grand Canal, and it is convenient to take a taxi! In short, it is a word of praise! Suitable for family trips, the main hotel is high-end, less noise, and the people staying are not noisy! They are all of relatively high quality!

JJojo4The service was outstandingly good, the staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us yogurt and other replenishments each day of our stay. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from çŠè„żæč and 性æćŻș. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didnât get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. Full marks, absolutely full marks

When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
