"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks.
The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus.
The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them.
Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

"First, the hotel environment: Excellent location, adjacent to the Slender West Lake scenic area, close to attractions such as Daming Temple and Geyuan Garden, in a quiet surrounding environment.
Hotel facilities: Relatively new and complete facilities, including a children's playground and gym. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊.
Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation.
The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names).
It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂"

Wulicangxing⋆͙̈The hotel environment has nothing to say, it is to go to the environment, we live on the 2nd floor, can directly overlook the landscape inside the hotel, and can see the Qiling Tower of Daming Temple in the distance. Odita butler service is also very good, will personally lead us to the room, will prepare coffee for us while we wait, and will send white fungus in the evening. In fact, there is a complimentary breakfast in the hotel. It seems to be Yechun's morning tea. The taste is OK. There are some complimentary items. After all, it is a hotel related to the theme of health, but I have not experienced it when I have to play outside. The location of the hotel is close to Daming Temple and Slender West Lake. It is definitely the most convenient to drive by yourself. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Daming Temple. After playing in Daming Temple, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Slender West Lake. It is recommended to walk out from the south gate of the hotel and walk along the river. There is a small waterfall there. There are also many adults and children playing in the water there. It feels good to escape the summer heat, and the overall experience is quite comfortable and comfortable.

Each time we returned, there was a pleasant surprise: drinks and fruits subtly placed in the room. Breakfast was excellent, and we also had lunch at the hotel for both days – the taste speaks for itself. Our butler, Jingjing, was responsive, thoughtful, and responsible. This is an excellent, very refined, old-brand hotel.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with all the basics. The breakfast was also basic and quite good for a casual meal. The price with meals included was excellent value for money. The bedding was also very good, and everyone's feedback was quite positive.
During our stay, there was a minor elevator incident, but the hotel responded quickly, which I commend, but I still suggest resolving the alarm button issue.
Thank you so much for the friendly recommendations from the restaurants. Both the market and the dim sum restaurant were excellent. I'd also like to thank Mr. Tang, Mr. Zhang, and the kitchen lady for their thoughtfulness. I bought Gaoyou prawns and boiled them for takeout. The lady even added scallions and ginger. Thank you so much! I'll stay here again next time. Parking is also very convenient for those traveling by car.

The environment is very clean, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the room attendants are very enthusiastic and can respond immediately to any needs, and the restaurant waiters also provide good service. Honestly, the service staff were all excellent and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. However, the hotel facilities were rather basic.
I was kindly given a large room, but the details didn't hold up to scrutiny. The carpet was very dirty; I was puzzled when I entered, but was told it was the carpet's natural color. :) The extra seating area was basically useless, the sofa cushions were very uncomfortable, and the bedding wasn't very good quality either—all just passable. I'm not particularly picky, and I mainly went there for the hot springs, which were quite nice and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy; even with earplugs, it was still a bit noisy, and the room was still very hot even at 19 degrees Celsius.
We didn't eat breakfast, neither the person nor the dog, because we didn't like it. The à la carte menu was only one page long, with very few dishes, and the restaurant was very deserted. It was difficult to find good takeout options nearby, not even a cup of coffee. The hotel's coffee was also bad.
Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse than a standard hotel. However, the staff were indeed very responsive.
Yangzhou is a truly wonderful city, and the people of Yangzhou are also very kind and gentle. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay in the city center.

It was almost midnight when we checked in. The man in a white shirt at the front desk was very nice and polite. He saw that we were traveling with our children and gave us a tourist map to remind us to book attractions in advance. After we checked in, the cleaning lady was also very nice. She gave us fruits and laundry detergent every day. There were also disposable bathtub covers in the bathroom. Thank you very much. The room was cleaned and tidy every day. When we left very early, we met the man at the front desk again. He saw that we had too much luggage and helped us move the luggage. Thank you very much. The overall stay experience was very good. Guest UserThe experience of staying at Gaoyou Shenjushan Hot Spring Hotel is superb! The Dragon Boat Festival is specially brought to relax from Shanghai. The hotel is built on Shenju Mountain. The surrounding area is quiet and quiet, and the air is particularly good. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean, the bedding is soft, the independent balcony is green, and the living is very relaxing. There are many types of hot spring pools ~ Chinese medicine pools, flower and grass pools, fish treatment pools, clean water temperature is suitable, the complete individual has stretched, even the fatigue accumulated daily! The water park is very fun. There are super many pools.
The front desk checked in quickly, the service was warm and thoughtful, and the response was timely.
