GGuest UserI like it very much, and I rarely write reviews, so I decided to write a review to provide a channel for everyone to understand. I saw on Ctrip before that the prices of Yangzhou Wuyi Hotel are flying high. Even far away places cost about 1,000. This price may seem expensive at first, but it is still okay after comparing all aspects. I used to stay in chain hotels and didn’t believe in folk inns, but after seeing it online, I couldn’t forget it. I thought it was a super interesting inn, so I decided to book it.
Location: Pi Shi Street, 200 meters from Guangling Youyan, 200 meters from Pi Shi Street, about 1 kilometer from Dongguan Street, and about 300 meters from Heyuan. Overall, the attractions are all around, so you can come back to rest after a while and go out again. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion. Looking down from the hotel, there are classical houses, which are very beautiful.
Environment: The room is quite big, with a simple wooden table and bed, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer, tea, snacks, and a small music box. There are many customized and unique little things. I am the type who eats, drinks, and lies down when I arrive at a place. I feel comfortable lying here for two days.
Others: There are not many rooms in the hotel, so it is also very quiet, and breakfast is provided. There is a large hall where you can drink coffee, tea, play the piano, and watch projections. The store also made a guide to the surrounding delicious places. When you leave, you can also prepare small specialties and a custom canvas bag. There is also a loft with sofas, flowers, and telescopes. You can enjoy the scenery in the loft and feel the style of the old city of Yangzhou. Although the surrounding navigation is all red, you can feel the slow life of Yangzhou here. ps: It is next to the fire station, which makes you feel safe, hahaha.

GGuest UserWe visited Yangzhou for the weekend with our children. This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and it truly surpassed her expectations – what a fantastic stay! Its location is incredibly convenient; Pi Shi Street is within walking distance, and Slender West Lake is just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. The room amenities are very thoughtful, including a mini-fridge and a disinfection cabinet, plus they provided two key cards. Breakfast was also plentiful. The lobby offers complimentary coffee and snacks, creating a warm and relaxing ambiance. Many thanks to the staff for their enthusiastic welcome. We look forward to staying here again!

MM350397****At the beginning, I booked the Wanfang Building of Yangzhou Guest House. The price of 688 yuan felt like living in a guest house. Later, I decisively retired. After that, I booked Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hongyuan Hotel. The hotel is marked with Yangzhou Guest House Building 19. In fact, it is a hotel under Yangzhou Guest House. It feels not five stars enough, strictly speaking, it is the upgraded version of a business hotel. However, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the Slender West Hunan Gate, very close to the fun garden, Xiangyuan, Yechun and Fuchun. The hotel opened in 2024 and still has a little taste of decoration. There is a fun garden restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Hotel service is thoughtful and welcoming. Overall, the stay experience is not bad.

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying stay. The lobby is spacious, the environment is great, and the decor is stylish. The front desk service is excellent, check-in is quick, the room is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, the room has smart controls, and there's a huge terrace—perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise on this day. They even gave us complimentary Yangzhou University yogurt upon check-in, which was lovely. The front desk service was excellent, always responsive and helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic. Although there's no parking, the hotel arranges a tuk-tuk service, which I found quite convenient and didn't hinder our travel at all. In fact, I think walking around adds to the enjoyment—when you're traveling, you should definitely walk and stop! It's also very convenient, being very close to Caiyi Street and Dongguan Street, which was just a short walk away on this cool day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed in the king-size room is big enough, and it is not crowded at all for two adults and one child; 3. The service is very good. The front desk manager Liu Xiaotong called us in advance to understand the check-in requirements and added WeChat to inform us of the check-in requirements; there was someone to guide us at the door, and the staff member Yan Zhiheng took the initiative to help with the luggage and delivered it to the room. At the same time, he patiently wrote down the directions of the attractions for us to facilitate our play, which was very considerate; 4. The price-performance ratio is quite high, the quality of the drinks provided in the refrigerator is acceptable, and the executive king-size room is given afternoon tea. The facilities that a five-star hotel should have are all available. All in all, I am quite satisfied with it as a whole.

MM469658****I suddenly wanted to go out to relax with my husband. I saw this house after dinner at noon. I felt not far away. I set up the room. Soon, the housekeeper called, added the contact information, sent the hotel details and location, the parking lot picture and dinner menu, a few minutes It's done, Just pack some food and clothes, and drive there. After checking in, you will enter the room to let the water soak. Friends can tell the housekeeper in advance that the water is released. The room is normally discharged for a little more than an hour. There is also afternoon tea provided. After soaking, I had a good night's sleep. I ate the ordered meal at night. It was delicious and simple. I took a walk, chatted, TV and members, and watched a movie. I came back to work after a sleep. The overall feeling is very good, quiet, no one disturbs, real physical and mental freedom. The health feeling is also very good, nothing dissatisfied.
Everyone's needs are different, the experience is different, I hope my real experience can help you.

MM467586****The hotel is fantastic. This time, I chose to take the high-speed train to Yangzhou, and I'm glad I didn't drive, as parking would probably have been inconvenient.
Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance is truly exceptional, living up to its 'You Xiong' name. It perfectly blends garden aesthetics with modern style.
Service: The butler service was superb! They even delivered takeout and breakfast right to my door, hahahahahaha, yes! It was a truly premium experience. If you often feel stressed out, you should definitely come and stay here.
The breakfast was delicious.
I booked the courtyard loft this time. It would have been even better if the TV was upstairs, so I could lie down and watch it.
One minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't great.
Anyway, next time I'm here, I'll definitely choose this hotel again, hahahahaha.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
