"The hotel's location is pretty good. It's on a main street, close to Yiyuan dim sum restaurant and the Siwang Pavilion ancient building. Getting around by car is also convenient, and the hotel has its own parking lot. They upgraded my room for free, which was spacious, clean, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bedding was also odorless.
However, the hairdryer was only 800 watts, which made drying my hair a bit of a struggle.
The breakfast taste was just okay; the coffee wasn't freshly ground and seemed like instant 2-in-1 powder."

"An excellent stay experience.
Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV.
Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly.
Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!👍🏻"

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Dongguan Street, and across the road is the Canal Wharf. There are many restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. However, it's quite lively, almost a bit chaotic. They do have parking. The booking stated check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM, which is a later check-in time than most hotels in China. I arrived at 2:50 PM and was told the room wouldn't be ready for another 20-30 minutes. Since I was tired, I prompted them twice, and ended up checking in at 2:57 PM, three minutes early. The front desk staff was very nice, and they even offered complimentary fruit upon arrival. The room was small, and the sink was right next to the bed. It was quite noisy outside until about 10 PM. The breakfast offered a good variety, including local specialties like fried rice, dried tofu strips, and 'yaorou' (jellied pork), and it tasted good too. However, the dining area is small, and on the first day at 8 AM, it was packed with no seats available. It might have been better to skip breakfast and eat dim sum outside. When checking out, I noticed my car had been cleaned, which was a lovely surprise. Thank you! 😊 At over 630 RMB a night (for a non-weekend/holiday stay), it felt a bit pricey.

CCao·qianliThe service at Zhenyuan Hotel is simply unparalleled. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with local specialty yogurt and escorted to our room. They meticulously explained all the in-room facilities and services, including their unique laundry service – simply place your clothes in the designated basket, and they’ll be collected daily, washed, dried, and returned to your room.
The room felt fresh and spacious. The hotel's strict no-smoking policy and lack of an in-house restaurant further ensured a clean air environment. Besides the king-size bed, there was a desk, a tea table, a mini-fridge, and a kettle. Two chairs flanked a round table by the window.
The bathroom boasted modern amenities, including a smart toilet and a spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead. The toiletries were all high-quality products, and the towels were thick, soft cotton.
Zhenyuan Hotel is centrally located in Yangzhou. A short walk along the Xiao Qinhuai River path leads directly to the Caiyi Street-Dongguan Street commercial and tourist hub, where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Overall, even giving Zhenyuan Hotel a five-star rating doesn't fully express how satisfied we were with our four-day stay.

NniuniurlyThe hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of He Garden and Pi Shi Street. The riverfront is right outside the door, offering stunning views at night. The room was quiet. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and attentive, even upgrading me to the best room category free of charge, which greatly enhanced my stay.
They also provided sunscreen spray, makeup setting spray, perfume, curling irons, and mosquito repellent... It was very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yangzhou. I'm very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe environment is elegant, quiet, and surrounded by lush trees, lawns, and a river. The location is superb, very close to the city center and Slender West Lake. The in-house dining is top-notch; the Quyuan morning tea lives up to its reputation, and the Ju restaurant's cooking is excellent. Building 8 has the most central location, Building 18 is very new and refined, and Building 11 offers great value for money, even including hot springs and a travel photoshoot. The family rooms are also quite good.

JJiaoluodedunjueLet's start with the downsides: Since the family room can accommodate three adults, there should be three sets of towels, bath towels, tooth mugs, drinking glasses, and coffee cups, not just two. Even children or teenagers need their own bath towel and tooth mug. Also, the curtain button was sometimes a bit unresponsive.
Now for the positives:
1. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
2. The breakfast was good; while not exceptionally lavish, it had everything you'd expect. The coffee came from a machine and tasted great.
3. The terraces on four of the floors are a major highlight! Breakfast is on the 11th floor (top floor), and on a nice day, you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the lush forest view and a distant glimpse of the Qiling Pagoda while being shielded from the sun – a fantastic experience. You can also enjoy the night view in the evening.
4. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and in the lobby downstairs, there's a coffee machine, tea, hot water, and bottled water available.

AAnonymous UserA perfect experience with no disappointments! Located in the heart of Yangzhou, it boasts convenient transportation and a strong festive atmosphere. The receptionist, Xiao Wan, was incredibly helpful and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a larger, more comfortable room upgrade. When it got hot, they promptly brought us an air conditioner after we mentioned it. We also received a complimentary fruit gift box and a limited-edition Year of the Horse mascot upon check-in – attention to detail and luxury. The rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with top-notch facilities. Staying here during the Spring Festival provided both a sense of family reunion and ultimate comfort – definitely 5 stars! The recommended dim sum restaurant was also excellent.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

SsteelbossI have stayed at the Courtyard Marriot Yangzhou at least three times, and I have hosted a party there. The service and hospitality is fine. There is a nice rooftop restaurant and roof access for viewing and socializing. The roms are clean and comfortable, and spacious enough.
Yangzhou is a busy tourist town, and this hotel is situated at an intersection surrounded by shopping malls. As a result, the area experiences heavy traffic and many e-scooters day and night. Another note, though less significant, is the hotel building is old. This doesn't impact comfort or services, but locals often avoid booking this hotel for VIP events, preferring more modern hotels near the convention center. My pictures posted here (with my consent) are my son on the roof and rooftop restaurant during his birthday party.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: There is an air purifier in the middle of the two rooms in the super in place. The bathtub in the room, the table, the air purifier, the projector, let alone the superb. I have lived in so many hotels. The three sides are really the ceiling! ! !

Environment: Surrounded by the downtown area, there are food and play. It is difficult to park there, but the hotel has its own parking lot. It is really key! ! And there are kittens in the hotel. Super handsome. When you see people, you will come.
Service: We stayed at night. The front desk lady was very good. She also took me to park the car in the parking lot. Various problems will be solved as soon as possible. The emotional value is full.
