MM452665****The hotel service was excellent. From the doorman greeting us to the front desk staff assisting with check-in, everyone was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The front desk even helped with our luggage. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options to choose from.

GGuest UserWe visited Yangzhou for the weekend with our children. This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and it truly surpassed her expectations – what a fantastic stay! Its location is incredibly convenient; Pi Shi Street is within walking distance, and Slender West Lake is just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. The room amenities are very thoughtful, including a mini-fridge and a disinfection cabinet, plus they provided two key cards. Breakfast was also plentiful. The lobby offers complimentary coffee and snacks, creating a warm and relaxing ambiance. Many thanks to the staff for their enthusiastic welcome. We look forward to staying here again!

__M1358567****The room was great! It wasn't super big, but definitely spacious enough for two people to stay comfortably, and the bedding was excellent. The main thing I want to praise is the service; the hotel's overall service was exceptional, exceeding my expectations. Any issues with the screen casting were promptly addressed, and having food delivered right to the door was very convenient. The smart home system worked flawlessly. All the staff members proactively greeted us and helped with bags and luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Plus, the hotel is very close to Yongqingquan, a great bathhouse – just a short walk away. It's also not too far from other attractions, about two to three kilometers. There are electric shuttle carts right outside the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel staff I interacted with were also wonderful; they basically fulfilled all our requests. Seeing that we were two women, they even proactively upgraded our room type, which was very thoughtful. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit mediocre. All in all, I would definitely stay here again! It was a very pleasant surprise.

GGorikThis was just perfect! Through my rewards program we received a very nice upgrade to a courtyard room with bathtub, which we used. The hotel’s location is perfectly situated between Dongguan street and Pishi street (the latter is the nicer one, Dongguan st is just very touristy), so both are well reachable on foot. The hotel is new and comfortable, in a beautiful historic setting, garden included. The floor heating creates a comfortable environment in the room, and the staff go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need. We enjoyed our little foto shoot with Xiaohe from Xiaowan Lüpai too, shot on the premises. One remark for international visitors: the sockets in the rooms are 2 and 3 pin flat sockets, not the universal round ones you usually see in China hotels. You might need an adapter to charge your devices. However our room also had direct USB A and C plugs in the wall, so this was not really an issue.
We were very impressed with Yangzhou, there’s plenty of things to see, like Shouxihu, Ge Garden, Daming Temple etc, and then there’s the local Huaiyang cuisine of course. You can easily spend 3 days here, it’s lovely.

__CFT010000000486****Facilities: The hotel is very new. My son wanted to watch cartoons while taking a bath, so I specifically booked a room with a bathtub this time. The best part is the children's play area on the top floor, which has large glass windows. The kids can play and enjoy the sunshine at the same time, and they had a great time. The adult fitness equipment is right next to it, so adults can work out simultaneously – it's a very thoughtful design.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and well-maintained.
Environment: It's very close to attractions like Slender West Lake, and the surrounding area is lively.
Service: They provided children's amenities and even gave us a small toy.

TTim Captures MomentsWe stayed here for one night at the start of our Yangzhou trip to enjoy the hot springs, and overall it was a mixed but pleasant experience.
The room was large and spacious, which we appreciated, but it didn’t feel especially comfortable or cosy compared to other hotels we stayed at later in the trip. The layout felt more functional than relaxing.
One important thing to note is the private hot spring attached to the room. While it sounds great in theory, in our case it was located close to a road and not very private, with limited screening. The shower area was also visible from outside, which made it feel a bit awkward to use and reduced the sense of privacy we were expecting.
That said, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made a positive difference to the stay.
The location is very nice, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is close to Slender West Lake, with its beautiful old bridges, pathways, and water crossings — very pleasant for a slow walk. We also enjoyed having tea by the lake, although it was a long walk from the hotel.
Breakfast offered a good variety, but most items didn’t feel very fresh. The coffee, unfortunately, was among the worst we’ve had — definitely not one for coffee lovers (said with a smile 😄).
Overall, this is a good option if your priority is hot springs, walking access to the park, and attentive service, but it may not suit travellers who value privacy, comfort, or a more refined in-room hot spring experience.

ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. Full marks, absolutely full marks

Ggly7709The hotel is located at the intersection of Wenchang Middle Road and Huaihai Road. It is convenient for travel and not far from various scenic spots. There are many delicious foods nearby, such as Bixiangju, Ziqi Hotpot, and Xie Sanbao. The room was cleaned very well, the bed was neat and comfortable, and the child said it was very comfortable to sleep in. Provide breakfast, with a wide variety of Yangzhou characteristics, but the buns are not very delicious. The front desk service was very good, warm and thoughtful. When leaving the hotel, they gave us a gift of Yangzhou specialties, including Internet celebrity yogurt, ox-hide candy and Xie Fuchun's hand cream. The children were very happy.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

GGuest UserThe hotel's decoration design is very exquisite. The lobby is on the second floor after the elevator. The front desk service attitude is great and they gave me a free room upgrade. The room is also very clean and comfortable. With the support of Xiaodu, it is very convenient to control various electrical appliances in the room. The dry and wet separation design of the bathroom is very good, and going to the toilet and taking a shower do not affect each other. The location is also very convenient, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and parking is free. I will choose Moshi again when I travel to Yangzhou next time.
