Yangzhou Hotels with Breakfast

This was the smart king room booked for us. My husband usually handles all the hotel bookings and travel planning, but he was too busy this time, so I took over. Honestly, when we first entered the room, I was a bit disappointed because it was quite small, especially since we had our child with us. The activity space was limited, so we decisively paid extra to upgrade to a superior twin room, which offered significantly more space. Initially, my husband wasn't sure about the hotel's location, but then he realized it was right next to the ancient Grand Canal. It's just a short walk downstairs, and the scenery is beautiful, especially at night. Strolling along the Grand Canal was incredibly pleasant. Then, just across the bridge is He Garden, very close by. A few more steps lead to Pishi Street, a popular influencer spot, and a bit further on is Guandong Street. I asked my husband what he thought of the hotel, and he said it was excellent. The hotel is new, very clean, and the service is incredibly attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, and the Yangzhou fried rice was exceptional. Yangzhou is so beautiful, and our stay here was wonderful, adding even more joy to our trip to Yangzhou! 😀

Amidst the sweltering summer heat of Yangzhou, Rebuilding Ice Bowl Hotel, nestled beside Dongguan Street, offers a hidden oasis of cool tranquility within the bustling city. Originally a Qing Dynasty scholar-official's residence, its nine interconnected courtyards, with their green tiles and high walls, effectively block out the heat. Stepping inside, one is immediately enveloped in a refreshing coolness. Ancient pines lean against floor-to-ceiling windows, while lotus-scented breezes ripple across the pond, and a gentle mist drifts around pavilions, dispelling the summer's intensity. In the afternoon, sitting quietly in the tea room, brewing a pot of Green Willow Spring tea, the cicadas' chirping fades behind the brick courtyard walls, leaving only the fragrant scent of plants in the air. The Huaiyang dim sum at Xi Banquet is refreshing and delightful. Sitting by the window, one can watch the tree shadows gently sway on the white walls. There's no need to venture to the distant suburbs; here, in a century-old mansion, you can steal half a day of serene living. As the evening breeze drifts through the long, narrow alleyways, carrying away the oppressive heat, you begin to understand Yangzhou's unique summer elegance and leisurely pace within the Ice Bowl Hotel.

This hotel truly sets the standard for excellent service, with both its facilities and amenities justifying the price. **Public Services** The lobby features a custom-covered B&O Beoplay A9, a cold brew coffee setup, and a pour-over kettle from Fish's Kettle. I'm not familiar with the sofa, but I'm sure it's also a designer piece. The owner clearly has excellent taste and is willing to invest in quality. While the staff aren't yet experts with the pour-over kettle and cold brew equipment, guests who recognize them are welcome to use them themselves – the front desk is very generous in lending them out, which is a great solution for those who find pointed pour-over kettles inconvenient for travel. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, and I was able to check in early. Their attitude was exceptionally courteous. **Room Services** **Hardware:** Unlimited VOSS mineral water. Both the king and twin rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines, two latte cups, two whiskey glasses, and two mouthwash cups. **Daily Amenities:** They refresh four small towels, three bath towels, four bottles of water, and restock the fridge with drinks and tea every day. It's so generous that it almost makes you feel a little embarrassed... **Environment:** The king room is a bit small inside but has a terrace, while the twin room is larger with a bamboo forest view outside the window. The interiors are impeccable. Overall, it's so comfortable that you just want to stay in the hotel and not go out. You can really feel the operator's cultural depth, modern vision, meticulous thought, and commitment to quality.

The family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

The room is large, highly intelligent, with a smart toilet, private hot spring, and charging stations in both the underground and ground parking lots, which is very friendly to new energy vehicles. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and it would be better if there were more varieties.

The staff attitude was amazing and their attentiveness was one of the stand out features of this hotel for me. They were so warm, friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more. The room I had was perfect for my stay. A large comfortable bed, working air-conditioning, decent shower and sizable room made my break very comfortable. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with the efficiency of the cleaning team evident from the front door to the rooms! The location is very convenient: sandwiched between two large shopping areas, a stones throw from the canal, various restaurants nearby and about a fifteen minutes walk from the start of Dongguan street (which is fantastic by the way), I was never very far from the action of the city! In fact, you can walk to all the major Yangzhou attractions from the hotel or hire an e-bike if you have a Chinese telephone number. The breakfast is a buffet served in the opposite Ramada Hotel, a twenty second walk away from the front desk! It is a decent spread, not the best but by far not the worst. The inclusion of breakfast in the price of the hotel made the value for money even better. This is a very good, cost-effective hotel with excellent staff, close to everything you would want to do in Yangzhou. I'd recommend this Hidden hotel and if highly recommend the city too. Fantastic experience for budget prices.

This hotel is not chasing me for a 5-star review, but I sincerely want to give a 5-star review. When we got off the taxi, a staff member came out to carry our luggage. When we left, there were staff members who opened the door and carried our luggage for us. It was really the service standard of a 5-star hotel. The hotel facilities are quite new. There are free smart washing machines that automatically add detergent and so on, which is very convenient. The room is not particularly big but the space is well utilized and very comfortable. What's also impressive is that the hot water comes out very quickly and the water temperature is very stable. We have been traveling for more than three months, and this is really the most satisfying accommodation experience.

A top-rated stay! My trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly, and from the moment I checked in, I experienced incredibly thoughtful service. The lobby manager, butler, and staff made me feel right at home, offering a wonderful blend of hospitality and freedom. Located right by Slender West Lake, the hotel had everything for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. The most pleasant surprise was the metasilicic acid hot spring – its skin-rejuvenating effects were amazing and left me feeling nourished and radiant. A must-try!

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

Bring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious!
