4-Star Hotels in Zhenyuan County

The guesthouse was conveniently located on the main street of the ancient town. The rooms were spacious, and the service was exceptionally warm, attentive, and polite. When we arrived, the staff were waiting for us at the parking lot entrance. Even when it rained that evening, they proactively contacted us and braved the rain to bring us umbrellas to our dining location. When we left, they even followed us to the parking lot to settle the parking fee.

Traveling by car, the front desk staff helped me park it for free. I didn't even have to touch my luggage; the front desk brought it all to my room. The room was super clean, with all smart facilities, and a really comfortable balcony overlooking the river. In the evening, I enjoyed the river breeze, had a cigarette, and savored the unique charm of the ancient town. The room also had a hot spring bath, so I bought a bath bomb and had a really relaxing soak. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows! It's clear the owner is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about their guests. In the morning, the owner invited us to tea and explained the history and attractions of the ancient town. The owner is clearly very passionate about their hometown and a perfectionist. It felt like I was treated like an old friend here. Highly recommend!

I think this was one of my favorite stays ever. The rooms are super beautiful and clean. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are very big and the AC worked very well. The house is historical and very well maintained. It has washing machine that you can use. The location is ideal. The breakfast was super tasty, but I wished they also provided to my kid something to eat. I had to share mine. The owners are very friendly. There was a little girl in the stay that played with my baby and she loved it.

Our entire stay was a five-star experience! The guesthouse's decor created a wonderful atmosphere, exuding elegance and charm at every turn. The rooms were spacious, and the hot water supply in the bathroom was consistent, making daily routines very convenient. Having an elevator meant no effort was needed to get around, and the free parking was a huge relief. You can go fishing for fun or relax and catch up on shows in the audio-visual room. The staff were friendly and even patiently shared local travel tips. The value for money far exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time.

It's very close to the new bridge; a short walk from the doorway leads to popular restaurants and photo spots. The entrance isn't large, so you might easily miss it. The air conditioning at the front desk was very strong. In July, Zhenyuan gets very hot whenever the sun is out, and many shops only use fans, but this place had a refreshing breeze as soon as you entered. The room facilities were very good; the balcony was photogenic, and the soundproofing was excellent. Drinks in the refrigerator were free, and they even provided afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking. As a guesthouse, I had to proactively call to ask for the exact address before adding them on WeChat. We arrived around 12 PM, and I could understand that the room was still being cleaned. However, when we returned around 4 PM, a young man at the front desk still didn't understand. I told him I had already checked in but hadn't received my room key, and he said he didn't know how to operate it…

I rarely book B&Bs, but this one was surprisingly great! It has an elevator, which made it easy to manage luggage. The location is absolutely fantastic, with stunning views of Wuyang River, Zhusheng Bridge, and Shiping Mountain right from the window. The river view is incredibly beautiful; sitting by the window with a cup of tea, admiring the scenery, was truly delightful and left me wanting more.

The owner was incredibly warm and insisted on treating us to dinner and drinks on New Year's Eve! The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! The cats and dogs downstairs were super friendly and clingy; as soon as we sat down, we were surrounded by them! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back next summer!

The location and cleanliness were excellent, and the owner was very welcoming. The hotel's decor was a bit dated, but I think it was great value for two or three hundred yuan. I booked it for over six hundred. This trip to Guizhou was a nightmare due to hotel prices and long queues at tourist attractions, so I won't be coming back.

This is the first hotel I've actively wanted to give a five-star rating to. I came in August, and for this price, the service truly exceeded my expectations. All the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. When we checked in, they even gave a souvenir to my child, and thoughtfully gave a milk packet to the driver – it was incredible! The car was also wiped spotless, and the staff basically granted every request. They even gave an extra breakfast voucher for the child, which is so friendly for families with kids. I forgot to take pictures, which is a bit of a shame.

A very comfortable hotel within the ancient city walls. The service was attentive, and the hygiene was excellent. It's super convenient for exploring and dining, offering great value for money. The bed, especially, was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night's sleep. I was in a great mood after staying there for one night.
