LleeshiminDuring the summer vacation, I brought my son to Cancun, Cancun for 4 nights, PDC for three nights, more than 400 hotels, there was no front desk phone, I endured it. I was very worried that the hotel put me pigeons, and finally stayed. Thank you Ctrip. After the epidemic, foreign hotels soared. Ctrip took it through Expedia and sold it with a small profit. Breakfast is a bit pit, nothing, drinks are more money. Come here, isn't it just for xcaret and explore two yards. Next time I stay in Tulum 2-3 for night, Cozumel 3 nights, it may be more cool.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.
GGuest UserVery big, this price is a very good room.
It was our double bed that was a bit noisy by the elevator
There were activities nearby that night and it was not very noisy.
If it weren't for the gym, I could stay here for a long time.
FFilip BoeckmansVery friendly staff.
Great a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The rooms are “Amazing”, very large and are cleaned several times a day, top service from maintenance staff.
Simply an absolute must!
Car required.
AAnonymous UserUnfortunately, the stay was disappointing because the room category I had booked and which was more expensive was not available when I checked in. The room I was assigned afterwards was so loud that I asked to be changed because it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed that the hotel was fully booked, but rooms were available to book on various booking platforms! Strange.
NNikkilaoshiLocation is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.
GGuest UserAwesome location and for those that like the night life, super close to the bars and clubs. Convenient location and depending on the room, you can avoid the rooftop and outside noise, just ask.
GGuest UserThe hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room
that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.
