GGuest UserAbba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation.
The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset!
The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

GGuest UserI couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during my time in Playa! I had a wonderful time in Terrasse, and everything was magnificent. The hotel is very well located, only a few blocks from the main street of Playa del Carmen, 5th avenue, where you can find a ton of bars and restaurants, and fun night clubs. Also, very short walking to the beach. The hotel is associated with a nice beach club that guests can frequent at no cost. I have no words to describe the wonderful service and attention that the hotel's owner and his staff provided during my time there, all of them were very willing to help with questions that went beyond the hotel stay. I literally felt at home! The hotel amenities are very well equipped, everything was very new and well maintained, the cleanliness of my room and common spaces was impeccable. Terrasse has a beautiful and very comfy decoration, the rooftop is a cool and cozy place to hang out and relax, with a beautiful view of the ocean. They also have a very nice coffee shop downstairs with really good food for a fair price. I just want to shout out to this amazing place, and say thanks for the good time I had! I can't wait to be back in Playa and of course Terrasse!

GGuest UserIt is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area.
There is no reason not to choose this hostel.

Far from the bus station and from decent beaches .
The beach was bad and there was a very bad smell nearby .
The service in the hotel is very good all kind and friendly helped in everything . The room itself is large and comfortable .
Bed and towels are time to replace the new ones that are already badly worn .
The price was pleased with the hotel .
But be careful to take a 1000 peso pledge
And 50 peso per day is a tax.

GGuest UserIt was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather.
I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen.
The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea.
I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel!

In short, a faultless one for us…

RRaul VilarrealI liked the hotel in general, we only spent one night, the parking lot is spacious, I really liked the breakfast, it has what it promises and it tastes delicious. All the staff was very nice. Maybe the shower just needs cleaning, it had a little mold in some parts of the nozzle and tubes. The hallways also need mtto or paint. The pool is small but enough to relax. I think I would return, it is a very good option when you bring a car and are going on tours. Price ratio vs what it offers... excellent 👌.

Завтраки в кафе вкусные, персонал в кафе тоже очень милый! Номера огромные, есть большая кухня-гостиная. Небольшое неудобство доставляло отсутствие вайфая в номере, надо было спускаться на 1 этаж, чтоб использовать интернет.Также отсутствует дверь в душевую, а там помимо душевой ещё и общий шкаф с запирающимися шкафчиками. Душевая просто прикрыта шторкой (и сама комната, и душевая кабина). Расположение хостела замечательное! 3 минуты до пляжа и 1 минута до 5 авеню (вечером в номере слышно музыку с улицы из кафе снизу). В целом мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом хостеле!

GGuest UserThe service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand
