We have traveled all over the world. This was the nicest classiest place we have stayed. Very quiet and exclusive. Nine rooms up on a hill overlooking the ocean. The staff is solicitous of your comfort but not intrusive. Sat by the pool and drank crafted margaritas impeccably served and made. We were pampered

The staff service is good, location is top. I think there are a lot of things guests need they don’t have them 1. No good breakfast covered by the hotel 2. No gym - for a **** hotel, no gym in 2026 3. A lot of people travel for fitness and wellness, no sauna or any other amenities c just a pool. 4. No activities apart from the brunch on Sunday, I stayed the entire week, the staff are more than the guests! A bit disappointed with what I paid.

The staff is really available and friendly, ready to recommend restaurants and activities. The strong point is the rooftop: a spectacular swimming pool with a wonderful view of the city. Property suggestions: Sonic: windows are little isolated from external noises. If you sleep lightly, you will take the ears. Room allocation: I noticed that the allocated room does not always correspond to that shown in the photos on trip.com. The only way to be sure of the type is to book from the official website of the hotel, which is not always easy for those who do not know the area. I would advise the property to monitor more about what third parties' websites publish, to ensure more truth and avoid disadvantages to customers. Pinnacle is not really close to the main areas, and the location can be a bit confusing, although the service is good. The bathroom faces the back stairs, so you need to keep the window closed. It is a good option for families, with full facilities including a kitchen and cooking equipment. Rooftop swimming pools closed very early but I think its standard in most places.

The hotel itself is so great! But I think I need a car to go to the hotel. The hotel does operate a car. There is also an airport pick-up service. The height is so great to see the landscape and the facilities are great. It's not cheap, but you can get the service you paid for. The exterior of the hotel also contributes to making you want to go. The rooms are spacious and wonderful. It has a large room that can accommodate 5 or 6 people and it seems to be a very good hotel for families to come and hospice.

The environment is very good, the hotel is next to the beach, and it is very close to the old town. The food at the hotel is also very good, there are different foods every day, and performances. The only regret is that I can't book a restaurant that needs to be booked.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

Todo bien, detalles nada más como que el aire acondicionado goteó toda la estancia y no la repararon así como dos veces nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación personal del servicio sin previo aviso. Instalaciones algo viejas y la comida buena.
