GGuest UserWe have traveled all over the world. This was the nicest classiest place we have stayed. Very quiet and exclusive. Nine rooms up on a hill overlooking the ocean. The staff is solicitous of your comfort but not intrusive. Sat by the pool and drank crafted margaritas impeccably served and made. We were pampered

GGrady PoonPinnacle is not really close to the main areas, and the location can be a bit confusing, although the service is good. The bathroom faces the back stairs, so you need to keep the window closed. It is a good option for families, with full facilities including a kitchen and cooking equipment. Rooftop swimming pools closed very early but I think its standard in most places.

AAnonymous UserWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is very good, the hotel is next to the beach, and it is very close to the old town. The food at the hotel is also very good, there are different foods every day, and performances. The only regret is that I can't book a restaurant that needs to be booked.

GGuest UserPerfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!
