The environment and location are excellent. It's within walking distance to museums, which makes for a very pleasant stroll. There's also a commercial area nearby with great restaurants. The service is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home, typical of a well-established hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, and the room is quite small.

The hotel overall was good. However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working when I checked in. The front desk wasn't very proactive in helping with the situation, but thankfully it was resolved in the end. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. On the positive side, the free streetcar stop is only a 5-minute walk away.

Hotel located in a residential area. The building is not very new. Quiet environment. From the street of country club palaz, shopping and eating are more convenient. The front desk service is warm. There are 2 bottles of Evian mineral water in the room. The room is good.

Hotel facilities are very new. Convenient transportation, the diagonal team is the train station and the free city tram. The three floors downstairs are shopping malls, eating, drinking and having fun. In particular, the quality of hotel staff is high and the service is good.

This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.

The room is clean and spacious, with complete facilities. It is quiet at night, suitable for those who have light sleep. The front desk service attitude is good. When you need to print materials, the front desk will help you solve it in time. The deposit paid at check-in can also be refunded in time.

There is no problem in a hotel twin room for four people. The parking fee is charged but the room card can be used for easy entry and exit. We couldn't find a place to eat during Christmas holidays. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant serves fast food such as burgers and sandwiches, which tastes good!

Great location, amazing staff, beautiful building. Easily walkable downtown and trolley access plus a cute bar down stairs
