The service is simply not too disgusting! I went to check in, and I had to charge a deposit of $100. I didn’t pay much attention. When I swiped the card, I found that they had swiped nearly $500. I asked if my room had been prepaid. Will retreat tomorrow! It doesn't matter so much, I just said very harshly, isn't this your problem? She said, yes yes, I'll give you a drink coupon! It's really funny. I don't want to say, she probably fooled it. Then there is no drinking water in the room. When I checked in, I didn't tell us to take the pot to the elevator. We thought that there was no water, so we took the drink voucher and went to the bar below to get a drink, but when we heard that you wanted to use the drink voucher, we said we were closed. We said that there was no water in the room, so we told us to fetch water by ourselves! What’s even more irritating is the breakfast, we ordered breakfast included, because it is a single breakfast, so a person can only order one drink and one breakfast! I added a few hundred yuan more, just two stuttering! If you want something else, you have to add money! An internet celebrity hotel is an internet celebrity hotel, and it's useless except to take photos of them! Really believe in evil and live here! The breakfast buffet at W is delicious!

The night view is absolutely stunning, you can see the entire Brisbane city skyline. The hotel itself doesn't offer Chinese-speaking staff, so if you don't have a basic grasp of English, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Since I was on a red-eye flight, don't even bother hoping for an early check-in.

Amazing and beautiful hotel located close to everything. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in as a frequent traveller. I will stay again thank you for a wonderful stay.

TravellerfromhkThe facilities were pretty old, with the air-con being controlled by a old-fashioned knob and the fixed water sprinkler. Yet the room was large and clean. The hotel was also close to some coffee shops and bars.

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are excellent, and the pool and gym are well-maintained. The breakfast selection is rich, and the ingredients are fresh. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

Guest UserThe lobby smells lovely, and the hotel is very clean. However, the facilities are a bit dated. It's very close to Story Bridge, making its location a real asset. It's suitable for a 2-night stay, but not ideal for an extended visit. Also, the soundproofing in each room is quite poor; I could hear the foreigners next door having a meeting at 6:30 AM (they're certainly hardworking and ambitious, I'll give them that...).

Anonymous UserExcellent location, super convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel is a bit old but still quite clean, especially the bedding. I stayed for many days. If you need a change of bedding, you have to tell the housekeeping staff directly or leave a note. Otherwise, they'll likely just re-make the bed without changing the sheets. Milk is free; if you don't receive it, the most reliable way is to tell the housekeeping staff or leave a note. Also, every morning from 7:30 to around 8:00 AM, the lobby offers a free plate of bread and fruit, which is a nice touch for early risers. Overall, it's very good, and I'd likely stay here again.

gent6666This hotel is centrally located in Brisbane, right next to King George Square and City Hall, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and transportation. The room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a full set of toiletries. However, Chinese guests should note that disposable slippers are not provided. The staff were very welcoming and offered high-quality service. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. During my stay, one of the two elevators was out of order, and the remaining one was quite slow, which might be due to outdated equipment. Overall, it's a hotel worth recommending.

Great place close to everything. The service was amazing from the second we stopped the car the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The room was so nice and inviting with a fantastic playlist playing when we opened our door. Highly recommend this hotel , if ever we head that way again it will be the place to stay.
