Spa hotels in Brisbane

The hotel is relatively close to Brisbane Airport, with a good location. Downstairs is a restaurant and shopping center, which is very convenient. The parking fee is 35 Australian dollars. It is an apartment-style hotel, which is very convenient for family travel. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and complete kitchen facilities. There is also a balcony with leisure tables and chairs. If you have enough time, you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The room is also very clean. It is the first choice hotel for large groups of people.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivy & Eve Apartment. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The facilities were great, and everything was well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Ivy & Eve Apartment to anyone visiting Brisbane. We would be happy to stay here again in the future!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the pool and gym are well-maintained. The breakfast selection is rich, and the ingredients are fresh. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

This hotel was average in pretty much every sense. It was ”fine” in that it had two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. The layout was not very functional, the toilet was pretty much in the middle of the bathroom, the power points were hidden behind the middle of the double bed there were three chairs for four people. Staff were helpful but the television didn't always connect and there wasn't enough dishwashing supplies, bin bags or toilet paper for our stay, which all involved trips to reception. The hotel location is a short walk to Queen Street mall and lots of, mostly Asian, restaurants.

The location is convenient, close to the South Bank Park. Fully equipped, it can be fully equipped for washing and drying. Wifi is very good, unlimited use. The shortcoming is that the apartment is located at the intersection, the glass is a single floor, noisy

The service here is a 0.5 out of 10! The reception is only open from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, so if you have a problem outside those hours, you're stuck. The air conditioning isn't individually adjustable; you have to ask reception to change the temperature. My daughter and I arrived on a Sunday to an apartment that was 19 degrees, which was very cold, and we had to wait until the next morning to report it. The next morning, I went grocery shopping to cook in the apartment. To my great surprise, that evening, when I went to cook, there was no gas for the stove, and the induction hob wasn't working either. Once again, I had to wait until the next morning to report the problem and get it resolved. We were leaving that morning, and I told the receptionist we'd be back by 11 AM so I could cook for my daughter. She told me she would take care of it. We returned at 11:30 AM, so I asked reception if my kitchen problem was resolved, and she said no, to wait, and someone would come. In four hours, they couldn't manage to send anyone. They made me wait another 30 minutes, so I went back down to reception to put some pressure on them, explaining that I hadn't been able to cook since last night, that I reported the problem at 7:30 AM, and it was supposed to be fixed by 11 AM. In the end, they fixed my problem at 1 PM. In the meantime, I had to order Uber Eats because my daughter was tired and very hungry. I also wasted half the groceries I bought because we were leaving the next day. The intercom wasn't working either; I had to go down from the 5th floor every time to report or ask for something. The service is truly terrible. Aside from that, the hotel is very well located, and the apartment is spacious. However, the dishes were not clean at all. The bubble pool was lukewarm, so my daughter could swim, but unfortunately, the sauna was under renovation.

This restaurant is in the suburbs of Brisbane. It is very far from the city. It costs $100 to take a taxi. It is inconvenient to buy things. Even taking a taxi is very difficult. If you don’t like to see the scenery, it is recommended not to stay in this hotel 

The room 5067 Studio apartment was disappointing. The bathroom smelt, but maintenance fixed it very quickly. Kitchen cupboards were shabby paint flaking off. The unit look tied and bathroom the tile grouting needs to be clean. It needs an upgrade.

Romantic weekend spoiled by the toilet broken, called for help 8pm Friday night,  to be told we had to wait till the next day to be fixed. I said this was not good enough, no offer of changing rooms. The system would not fill up and were told to lift a section in the back every time we needed to flush.  Checked in at reception to what time the plumber would be here, to be told they don’t come out on weekends! They would send a staff member up to have a look in 10 mins. Waited 30min and called reception again. We needed to use the bathroom! Staff came for all of 4 min and left saying all fixed. When we went to flush and check,  it was still broken, no refill, called them back, 2 min fix this time, told it takes time to fill, and it only fill 1/2 way. Gave up, we needed to go out. We had plans! we put up with a broken toilet that when used,  had to take the lid off, lift something that allowed water in to flush. Number 2’s you had to do it twice. . Not good enough for the price

Because I stayed on a very high floor, I had a fantastic night view. The bathroom was very clean, and there were many TV channels to watch. If I have the chance, I'll definitely book again.
