GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and it is very convenient to eat. It is located in Chinatown, but the hygiene is poor, the room is small, the sheets and bedding are a bit dirty, and the mattress is worn out. I will not choose this place in the future

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

__WeChat252188****The location is a major plus, very close to Central Station (within walking distance) and not far from the long-distance bus terminal (a $7-8 Didi ride). It's also quite convenient for shopping in the city. The service was decent. There was a Chinese-speaking front desk staff during the day, though I'm not sure if they spoke Mandarin as we communicated entirely in English. In the evenings, the front desk was staffed by Indian colleagues, who were also good, just spoke a bit fast. Their attitude was very friendly. Breakfast was a buffet, and the offerings varied slightly each day. Items were replenished fairly quickly, though the staff were quite busy, making communication not always easy. Overall, it offers good value for money. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, but toiletries were. For charging, only USB and Australian plugs were available. Guests come from all over the world, with a good number from Taiwan and Korea. Hope this review helps!

RRay_ToowoombaVery close to the Fortitue valley bar area. Pool is small on the roof top so it’s not heated. Generally quite good. Not exactly located at the central CBD.

GGdnightMy partner and I stayed at One Apartments by Cllix for a weekend getaway and were thoroughly impressed. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being right next to the Central Station made getting everywhere incredibly easy, and we were within walking distance of the Queen Street Mall, Fortitude Valley, and the Howard Smith Wharves. Having a supermarket right across the street was also a huge convenience. We booked a one-bedroom apartment and were pleased with the space. It was modern, clean, and exactly as pictured. The full kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to save money by making breakfast and a couple of meals at home. The highlight, without a doubt, was the private balcony with stunning views over the city and Story Bridge—perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The check-in process was smooth via the digital kiosk, and the staff we interacted with at reception were friendly and helpful. The pool and gym area looked great, though we didn't have time to use them. For the price, the location, and the amenities, this place offers exceptional value. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Brisbane.

LloveshoppingmamiThe hotel is quite old; the facilities, room amenities, and even the elevators are showing their age. The biggest and most serious issue is the terrible soundproofing in the rooms. If you're looking for a relaxing stay where you can sleep in until you wake up naturally, this hotel is definitely not for you! However, if you wake up at 7 AM every day, then this hotel might be perfect. The soundproofing is incredibly poor! You can hear conversations from next door very clearly. If there are kids around, it's an absolute nightmare, unbelievably noisy! Plus, the room doors slam shut with a very loud bang every time. There were several families with children staying next to me, and every morning at 7 AM, it was a constant cycle of opening and closing doors, running, jumping, and shouting. I complained to the reception, but it only stopped for half a day before the running, jumping, and shouting started again. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and went down to reception to request a room change! If the staff had offered me a room change after my first complaint, I would have praised them highly. Unfortunately, they completely ignored it until I couldn't stand it anymore and demanded a room change. Only then did they move me, which doesn't really meet the standard for hotel service and problem-solving. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough; they only made the bed, didn't change the sheets, and sometimes remembered to change the towels, sometimes not. Also, the towels and sheets weren't very clean and had stains. As for vacuuming, it wasn't done daily; they only vacuumed if you asked them to, otherwise, they didn't. On a positive note, the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always smiling. The rooms were also reasonably spacious with enough room for luggage. And the location is right in the city center, which is very convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from Queen Street Walk and a 3-4-minute walk from the Brisbane River. It's also easily accessible by bus and ferry. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, pots and pans, and cutlery. Everything is spotless, and there are also washing and drying facilities. The most thoughtful thing is that while the room was supposed to be cleaned once a week when I booked, it was actually cleaned daily. Everything is immaculately tidy, which is a great relief after a trip. The hotel's security is also very good, and there seems to be an outdoor pool, but I didn't get to experience it, which was a bit of a shame.

猪半仙High cost performance, downstairs is the supermarket, close to the train station, the front desk is very warm, the original about 8 o'clock in the morning to go to the airport, and later started early, I want to leave early, told the front desk to get it right away, a few minutes will arrive.

GGuest UserThe room had an immediate unpleasant odour on opening the door.  The shower wall had long black hairs stuck to the tiles and remnants of old soap/shampoo. There was the remains of something that had previously broken off in the shower cubicle. The bathroom basin was mouldy around the plug hole. The blanket from the cupboard had an unpleasant smell. As I exited the lift on the first floor the lighting was non existent. I felt vulnerable. There is not enough onsite parking spaces for guests.
