Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. The king-size bed room could fit a family of four, haha, very good. Facilities: There's a water park, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, and a lazy river. Service: I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but then I saw a room with a lazy river and went to the front desk to ask if I could switch. Luckily, one was available, and they let me switch. The experience was really great, and the service was excellent. The kids had a fantastic time, and we adults also had a lot of fun. We even tried parasailing by the sea!

I originally booked a garden-view king room, but upon arrival, I was upgraded to a mountain-view hot spring king room. The room had a minimalist white style, very bright, and the facilities weren't old at all. Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic. Being on the first floor was very convenient for the kids to go swimming (the water park was just a few steps outside the door). The only slight inconvenience was getting to the lobby or the restaurant from this room, as this floor only serviced elevators 5 and 6, which made it a bit of a roundabout trip. There's a shallow swimming pool (around 1 meter deep) that's perfect for kids 👶🏻, along with two smaller splash areas with slides 🛝, and a deeper infinity pool. Plenty of clean towels and tea/water refills were available everywhere. The hotel also has a small indoor ball pit, a small outdoor sandy area, and an arcade (the hotel provided 60 complimentary tokens). They also gave us vouchers for a boat ride and bicycle rental. During the summer, you could even play games to accumulate points for small gifts. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style at the Western restaurant. The variety was quite comprehensive, with sushi, sashimi, hot and cold dishes, and seafood – plenty to choose from. The beef slices and dendrobium soup were pretty good. For breakfast, there was congee, noodles, and rice. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. My butler, Youpi, who helped me with check-in, was very attentive and patient, explaining everything in detail and handling issues promptly.

This time, I brought my grandma on a trip. I've been to Huizhou many times before and stayed at various hotels, both higher and lower class than this one in Shuangyue Bay, but this hotel had the best service. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff, was excellent. Since we stayed for two nights, the housekeeping auntie proactively came to clean, and she was very thorough. All in all, I was extremely satisfied.

This time, I booked the Peter Pan family room (this themed room is an end unit). The room was quite spacious, with toys and a hot spring, which my child absolutely loved! 👍 Cons: There was a musty smell in the corridor and some damaged areas. (P.S. There are only four elevators, so the wait can be very long when it's crowded on Fridays.) The front desk service was mediocre. When checking in, I asked for help to combine beds and install a bed rail, and the front desk staff told me: 'Call the guest service center once you're in your room.' 🤦‍♀️ The room's cleanliness was average; we found hair on the toys, clearly not cleaned. The bathroom floor and walls also looked a bit yellow. Perhaps it's because the hotel has been open for a while..... Also, there's a paid amusement park that costs 85 for all-day unlimited entry (it's very small; the hotel's free one is even smaller). When buying tickets, the staff didn't tell us about a 48 single-entry option, so the pricing felt opaque... Pros: The hot spring and water facilities are in the building next door. This building seems to be newly built, and it's cleaner than the hotel itself. 👍 There's free tea and watermelon within the resort. That's a plus! 👍 We went on a Thursday during the summer, so the crowds weren't too bad, and the water park attractions were a good experience (suitable for young children and seniors; my middle schooler found it boring). 👍 The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety, and the quality was decent (the breakfast rice rolls were delicious! The soy sauce was essential!). 👍 Overall, for this price and experience during peak season, it was okay. 😄

I had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in.

The room was very comfortable and the environment was great, facing the sea with an unobstructed view. We could see beautiful fireworks at night 🎆. The service was also excellent and very attentive, especially from Customer Service Manager Lynn Cai (蔡桂娥) who thoughtfully reminded us of various important details 👍. The 31st-floor infinity pool 🏊‍♀️🏊 offers an unbeatable view 😻. If I come back again, I'll definitely stay at Dusit Thani 😄.

The Taili Hotel offers a great variety of activities, including singing and dancing, and even clown performances, making for a lively evening. The 'Star' butler made check-in very quick and even provided a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor. I was very satisfied with the attentive service throughout my stay. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, which is very convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with comfortable amenities. The beach sand was also incredibly fine and pleasant.

I have been looking for a private hot spring resort for a long time. There are also functional hot springs in the public area, close to nature. Xiaojing housekeeper is also very enthusiastic. She responds quickly when there are things to communicate, and other staff members deliver things quickly. You can also play badminton and table tennis, which is worth coming many times. The key point is that the environment is good and there are not many people!

We stayed for three days and had a butler named Xiao Hui who helped us with everything we needed, from dining to activities. The hotel has several restaurants, and the best one is called 'Dongshan Sea Chinese Restaurant.' Their set meals are very affordable; a set for two adults and one child was more than enough food. Our room was on a high floor with a sea view, no strange odors, and excellent hygiene. The facilities weren't old, and there was a small pool on the balcony. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and Aunt Xiu Yan always came to ask if I needed anything. She had a very kind smile and provided great service. There are many pools, but my favorite was the infinity pool, which overlooks the beach and the ocean – absolutely loved it, perfect for photos! The lobby has bubble blowing and a clown making balloons every afternoon, and there's a children's play area on the first floor. The hotel even has a KTV, but no massage services, unfortunately. Outside the hotel, there are many seafood restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and milk tea shops nearby. If you don't want to walk, you can rent an electric scooter just outside the hotel for a reasonable price. When we left, a staff member named Sister Gao Li from the lobby helped us find our way to the hotel's afternoon tea and even gave us two small gifts.
