Facilities: Parking is not allowed and there is a charge of 15 yuan per night nearby; it is said that there is a washing machine but it can only be used after 8 a.m. and there is no dryer. Cleanliness: It's okay. The lady in the public area cleaned it very clean in the morning. The room is also okay. Service: The level of service is uneven. Some people's service is very good. For example, the handsome guy at the door even helped carry luggage to the second floor. Some people are not so good.

The lake view room in Wanghu Building is very beautiful, right on the lake, the beautiful view of the West Lake is outside the window, there is a small balcony, sitting on the balcony and watching the West Lake, life is beautiful, the hotel room is clean, but the bathroom smells a bit bad at night Well, I don't think there's anything you can do, just close the door. Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.

It takes only5-10 minutes to walk from the side door to the beach and to the food street square next to the Le Méridien Hua. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also very beautiful. It can be said to be quiet in the middle of noisy; The public-level price of the holiday enjoys the facilities and services of the star-rated hotel, fully feeling the atmosphere and quality of China Resources Group, whether the hardware facilities or services are five-star level, indoor swimming pools, badminton halls, libraries and other facilities are all available. A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

We are a group of 14 ppl staying for 2 nights. The rooms are big and clean. The environment is very nice. We had a very delicious dinner in the chinese restaurant. We were given a private room. The atmosphere was very nice and the waitresses has very good service. We also taken the boat ride on the lake of the hotel. Then we had tea at the Tea house. The facilities are excellent.

The room is not as smart as expected. It is half an hour away from Huizhou City. If you want to visit the attractions in Huizhou City, you don't mind staying in this hotel. If you are in Zhongkai High-tech Zone, you can choose this hotel.
