Hot Spring Hotels in Huizhou

Just a 1.5-hour drive from Guangzhou, this hotel boasts a great environment and excellent hygiene. Its location right within Nankun Mountain makes it perfect for family trips with kids or elderly relatives. The hot springs are available both indoors and outdoors, so you don't have to worry about rain. There's also an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, both of which are very clean – highly recommend! A special shout-out to our butler, Youpi, who thoroughly explained all the hotel's activities and was incredibly responsive whenever we called. The food at the hotel is also fantastic; I'd recommend having all your dinners here instead of going out. The service and cleanliness are top-notch too!

The second time I came here, the breakfast was very delicious. The biggest feature is that there are many hot spring pools and a large play area, which is very suitable for a family to play together (not suitable for Internet celebrities to check in). Just hearing the name 'Xiao She You Sheng' (The Echoing Cottage) evokes a sense of elegance. White walls like paper, ivy like ink, the untamed greenery growing freely against the simple black background with gold lettering creates a delightful contrast, offering both wild natural charm and a touch of humanistic style. Stepping inside, my mind immediately quieted, listening to the sounds of nature, far from the city's hustle and bustle. This sanctuary is precisely the holiday life I've always sought. Against the backdrop of dark brown wooden walls, two books on a small shelf become an elegant focal point. 'Grass and Trees Are Interesting' with its vibrant green cover seems to tell tales of nature's delights, while 'Dust,' though simply designed, is profoundly meaningful, like a microcosm of life's myriad forms. A wine glass hanging nearby adds to the relaxed ambiance. Here, with a book in hand and a glass of wine, time itself seems to slow down, allowing the soul to find rest amidst the words and tranquility. The room was clean and tidy, the service warm, and the facilities complete. You can truly feel that the host has blended high standards with natural vitality. It's like a secret haven outside the city that, once seen, calms the heart, making one wish to linger a little longer and savor this leisurely blend of green and peace.

Pros: 1. Plenty of activities, so you'll never get bored. Of course, just relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze is also a great option. 2. The room faces the beautiful Twin Moon Bay, so it's worth setting an alarm to wake up early and step out onto the balcony to watch the sunrise. Cons: 1. The room design is really odd. There's no separation between the wet and dry areas. It's the first time I've seen the washbasin directly behind the bed, and shower water even reaches the foot of the bed. 2. The beach directly in front of the hotel has two downsides: first, the water contains a lot of black mud and sand, and second, the sand on the beach is so coarse it hurts your feet. Other: If you don't want to go out for breakfast, definitely book a room with breakfast included, otherwise, 108 RMB per person is really painful. Luckily, the butler was thoughtful enough to send over some fruit.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

Facilities: You can always trust the Hilton brand; they have everything you could possibly need. Hygiene: The cleanliness goes without saying; the room was meticulously cleaned. Environment: Close to the mountains and river, the air is fresh, and you can often hear birds chirping. Service: As expected from a major brand, all the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We had a wonderful time here, with plenty of activities suitable for both children and adults. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Staying at the Genting Whiskey Hotel was totally worth it! It's located right within a national 4A-rated scenic area, directly accessible about 2 km from the Yonghan exit of the Guanghe Expressway. If you're driving, you just turn a corner after exiting the highway and you're there. It's easy to find by the roadside and has a large parking lot, so transportation is super convenient – no hassle at all.

During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huizhou to soak in hot springs and eat fresh bamboo shoots. The hotel has a good green environment. There is also a large tatami room in the private soup room. The family had a lot of fun playing poker on the tatami at night. The room is large and can accommodate a family of three or four. There is a butler service. Just contact the butler if you need it or check out. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese, with snacks such as steamed beef balls, and a noodle stall. The taste is better than Baodao 😆 (maybe other people's comments on the breakfast are not good and lower my expectations). There are many delicious farm dishes around. I plan to come again next spring. I hope that the road at the door will be completely repaired by then.

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.

Very good value private little villa with its own hot spring and a nice garden. We chose the 89 square meter one (茶道 · Tea ) and it turned out to be a great choice —- having breakfast delivered every morning to the garden and dining there was a highlight of the stay. Although the Intercontinental next door has shut down, we still walked around the lanes in the broader resort, and the trees, birds, flowers and architecture scene was all pleasant. I personally enjoyed jogging around the golf courts a lot. Amazing air quality and scenic view. Food wise — The restaurant at the hotel is simple but has a solidly comprehensive menu. Our concierge (管家 小丘) helped us order a Hakka kiln chicken delivered to the resto which I think is a must try. Enjoyed the Tofu dishes —- also a Hakka cuisine specially. The afternoon tea and desert soup everyday inclusive in the package nicely complements the primary activity — bathing in the private hot spring there. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again at some point ! With high speed railway from Hong Kong, it’s so convenient to get here for the good value in hui Zhou.
