The mattress, a Mu Si brand, was just right in terms of softness and firmness, ensuring a super comfortable sleep. Even with kids, we felt completely rested. The hotel's hot spring water was clean and the temperature was perfect, with multiple pools to choose from, which the children absolutely loved. The parent-child facilities were comprehensive, and Jia Jin provided warm, attentive, and prompt service. The environment was peaceful with great air quality, and our room was clean, spacious, and well-detailed. It's an excellent choice for a family getaway to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserXianlandu Villa is located in a relatively remote area, making it suitable for travelers with cars. Fortunately, the hotel provided a shuttle service during our trip, and the driver, Mr. Huang, was very responsible and attentive to the elderly and children. Special praise goes to our butler, Cathy, who answered all our questions promptly, quickly resolved our problems, and provided information on various restaurants. Particularly noteworthy was our discovery after check-out, on our way to the high-speed rail station, that our child had left their backpack at Mantingfang Restaurant after lunch. Cathy reacted swiftly, immediately sending someone to search for it and arranging for another butler to deliver it to us at the train station. We are truly grateful; her service was absolutely top-notch and I highly recommend her to others!

Here, with a book in hand and a glass of wine, time itself seems to slow down, allowing the soul to find rest amidst the words and tranquility.
The room was clean and tidy, the service warm, and the facilities complete. You can truly feel that the host has blended high standards with natural vitality. GGuest UserRandomly picked this hotel for my trip and was blown away! The soundproofing is incredibly good, and they even offer local snacks for breakfast. The front desk was so helpful with car rental – a total lifesaver for families with kids! The hallways are super quiet, and we had an amazing ocean view room. The beach is right downstairs, it's just perfect! We were so touched by the hotel's warmth when it rained. The staff proactively helped with our luggage, and the room was super clean with a great wet/dry separation. A good night's sleep here truly rejuvenates you!

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

The proprietress has good service and the dishes are really delicious. We chose the loft room type, two floors, just right to live in a family. It is estimated that summer is also cool, it is good to go to the surrounding streams to play in the water.

Tucked away amidst the lush greenery of Nankun Mountain, the air is incredibly fresh and the surroundings are super therapeutic. The overall whiskey-themed design is subtly luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance perfect for photos. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The balcony featured a private hot spring tub, offering excellent privacy. Soaking in the hot spring at night while enjoying the mountain views was incredibly relaxing. The hygiene details were impeccable, and the amenities were complete, with a thoughtful mini-bar selection. The public hot spring area had a great variety of pools, plus a swimming pool and play areas that both adults and children could enjoy. Breakfast offered a rich selection of fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. Parking was also very convenient for those driving. It's perfectly suited for a short getaway, family vacation, or a romantic retreat. Everything about this place was impeccable – genuinely recommend it, and I'd love to come back!

The hot springs area is quite extensive featuring many pools with different curative qualities, steam baths etc. The area is beautiful with abundant nature, mountains and bamboo forests. There is also a friendly town neighbouring the resort. The greatest asset is the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable.

The room decor was warm and elegant, with attention to detail that showcased quality, making me feel right at home. However, to be fair, a few of the facilities and amenities are a bit outdated. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, adding a lot of convenience and enjoyment to my trip. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.
