JJinningruanjiI initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied. Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation… Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left. The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together. My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

EErica StrolenFamily getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserThe facilities are comprehensive, a bit old, but the overall feel is good. There are many hot springs, a pet park with lots of animals, and a large swimming pool. There's also an infinity pool on the beach with sea views. The hygiene is generally good, and the toiletries are L'Occitane. The service was good, except for the photographer assigned by the hotel for a complimentary photoshoot, who had a bad attitude. All the other staff provided service with a smile! There were also bonfires and fireworks at night. Overall, we had a great time and could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out! 👍🏻 The private beach was the best part – the sand was very fine, it wasn't crowded, and we could play to our heart's content!

MMarnaInChina2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

GGuest UserThe overall experience far exceeded my expectations, with no difference from the online promotion. Hotel staff Stella and Camila were meticulous and thoughtful, from efficient and gentle check-in at the front desk to prompt room service. The room was spacious and open, featuring 180° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a viewing balcony. The special evening ritual cocktail had just the right ambiance. It happened to be my boyfriend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with an exquisite cake, which was a lovely unexpected gift during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday! The complimentary travel photography service included in the package was excellent, and the photos turned out great! The photographer guided us through many scenes, with professional composition and patient posing instructions. The entire process was transparent regarding costs, greatly solving my boyfriend's photography challenges, haha.

GGuest UserThis was our second visit to the Dusit Thani Tianchang Resort, and the overall experience was excellent. We arrived around 2 PM and check-in was incredibly smooth and quick. 'Qinghuan' at the front desk was particularly helpful; she went above and beyond by proactively arranging a room for us on a higher floor with a better view. She also thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities, activities, and provided helpful tips, making us feel right at home. The hotel's buffet, as always, offered a rich variety of dishes that were visually appealing, aromatic, and delicious. There was truly something for everyone. Beyond the usual seafood feast, they had a great selection of local specialties like 'kiln chicken,' 'drunken goose,' and 'salted duck,' all of which were delicious and perfectly suited our taste. Another highlight was 'Candy Shen,' a staff member who, upon subtly learning it was our baby's birthday, thoughtfully presented us with a gift and a beautiful small cake. We were very touched by her kindness, which added such a precious and memorable touch to our trip. Thanks to these warm, hospitable, and attentive staff members, our family had a fantastic time. The children especially had a blast and are already looking forward to our next visit to try out all the different activities again.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel for a family vacation! The hotel offers entertainment for every taste: several swimming pools, a water park, beautiful green grounds, a beach with clean sea, and for game lovers: chess rooms, billiards, table tennis, as well as a gym. And there's so much for kids: a children's playroom, arcade games, a cinema, a petting zoo where you can feed animals, various water slides, and a foam party. The dinners and breakfasts here are amazing, catering to all tastes! When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled damp. Lucy from the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a room we chose ourselves – this was the only discomfort we experienced. She also helped us with dinner arrangements and assisted with the dry cleaning service. Angelina greeted us every day at dinner and breakfast, and helped us with any questions, which made our stay very comfortable. Also, upon check-in, they provide fruit, and upon check-out, they give toys, which is a very nice bonus. The room itself was bright and spacious; we had a high floor with a wonderful view, and we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only downside for those who prefer quiet is the fireworks. They are set off every day from dusk until midnight. We couldn't tell if it was the hotel or local residents, but it was a bit noisy. The hotel has many different restaurants, as well as cafes and bars. Overall, I recommend it!
