"This hotel is very recommended for locations and services. However, I have a bad experience. Someone incoming my door at about 11.30pm. Through the viewing glass, he looks like a **** looking for business. Hotel security is very important. Next, there is no bell hop to assist me to carry my luggage. Last, the breakfast was not that fantastic and you have only one cook for frying the egg while the queue getting longer and longer. Perhaps, if they can do order taking when the guest are sitter on their table. Other than that, this hotel is still worth staying. For example, the reception guy was so helpful and patience to explain what free service they have. Laundry was free and fast. You will be amazed by the speed they return your laundry. Unfortunately, there is no nice smell after washed clothes."

From our river view room, we could enjoy the scenery right from our beds. The hotel service was outstanding. We arrived at 8 AM, and since the hotel was fully booked the night before, the front desk offered us breakfast and promised to contact us as soon as a room became available. To our delight, we received our room key and checked in by 9 AM. We're very grateful for the early check-in! The room was also very clean. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back."

"Traveling during the off-peak season in March, I looked at many local hotels and finally chose Pullman. I also scrolled through the reviews and still recognized the quality and service of the Accor Group. Here are a few points:
When we arrived at the lobby on March 26th, a tall, bespectacled young man at the entrance helped open the door. Upon seeing our luggage, he proactively helped us with our suitcases and guided us to the front desk very professionally. After checking in, he led us to the elevator area, explaining the locations of the hotel's dining areas, pool, and mall, and even escorted us to the 52nd floor.
I'm also very grateful to the cleaning lady on duty the next day. I told her when we'd be out for a meal, and she came exactly at that time, not disturbing us at all. When we asked for a clothes rack, and they were all borrowed, she specially got a standing clothes dryer from the laundry room for us. Lastly, there's the gentleman my husband mentioned in the pool changing room. Seeing that we were tourists, he specifically told us about the swimwear spinner dryer available for use. Every single staff member at Pullman is dedicated to their work.
However, the downside is that the fragrance in the public areas is a bit too sweet, similar to the scent of Givenchy PLAY. Secondly, the breakfast buffet is on the simpler side, just decent, not particularly extensive. But these minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellent experience. While the decor isn't brand new, as an established landmark hotel, the service is consistently good. The room facilities are acceptable, and the floor-to-ceiling window offering a beautiful view of West Lake is a definite highlight. The only downside is that the room doesn't have openable windows, which is a minor disappointment. Although the front desk assigned me a non-smoking floor, there were still guests smoking in the hallway, making the entire corridor smell of smoke. Everything else was satisfactory~"

"Noble Badge Hotel was intentionally the first stop in my travels to China this year. Having lived near it when I was little, this particular stay was a highly anticipated highlight of my trip. It did not disappoint and surpassed my expectations in terms of the warmth and hospitality that was shown to me by the entire staff.
I stayed at one of the renovated rooms towards the upper levels, and the amenities are more than sufficient for my needs. The fact that after more than two decades, the hotel facilities are still in excellent condition really reflects the high quality construction and build of the hotel.
The food was delicious - both at the breakfast buffet and at the Fortuna Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. However, what was truly outstanding was the service. Everyone who greeted me, especially the 大堂经理许亚敏先生 and 钟显梅女士, showed me the utmost respect and attention to detail, going above and beyond to take care of my needs when I was in a time crunch. They even gave me a tour of the hotel and highlighted the major upgrades to the hotel over the years. The glass elevators up to the top is essentially a free observatory with great views of the city. My stay here was beyond satisfactory and I will highly recommend it to others."

GGuest UserCompletely exceeded my expectations! I'd seen some reviews saying the hotel was a bit old, but I booked it for the beach and amenities. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived! Even though the location is a bit secluded, the hotel has everything you need: a pool, hot springs, a private beach, and great dining options. There were even bonfires and fireworks at night. We spent two full days at the hotel and didn't feel the need to go anywhere else – it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Although the hotel opened in 2015, the room facilities are still excellent. The room was incredibly spacious, perfect for a vacation. Highly recommend it!

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻

Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..

Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!

The Hakka restaurant is understaffed and the employees are overwhelmed. Also, the breakfast quality and variety could be replenished more efficiently. Despite that, it's still my only choice when I visit Xiaojingwan. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards.

Special shout-outs to Muzi at the front desk and Shen Xia at the restaurant – both were excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast; it was the same every day and became a bit tiresome. I hope this can be improved. I'll definitely come back again!
