Thanks to the front desk, we got a free upgrade during the off-season. The room had an amazing view, basically over 270 degrees of ocean. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities include a beach, hot springs, a kids' splash area, a swimming pool, and even cliffs and rocks for scenic views – more than enough for a two-day, one-night stay. Regarding the room, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves made for a great night's sleep. We also received complimentary welcome fruits. The view allowed us to see the very long coastline of Shuangyue Bay perfectly. The room also had a minibar and a small fridge. As for the service, I needed to freeze breast milk, and both the front desk and concierge responded efficiently, and the process was very smooth. Other online concierges also enthusiastically asked if I needed anything, and their responses were very prompt. The breakfast buffet caters to everyone, from seniors to children, with both Chinese and Western options. I think it's quite good for a five-star hotel breakfast. The only minor drawbacks were that the sand on the beach was a bit coarse, which could be uncomfortable when walking in the surf or playing in the sand. While the interior decor might make the hotel appear a bit dated due to the material choices, the lighting throughout the hotel is specially designed and looks beautiful at night.

The service was excellent, and all the hotel staff were very polite. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with cold dishes, pastries, coffee, milk, and other beverages, as well as steamed buns, fried noodles, fried rice, and freshly made noodle soup. It was perfect for a trip with the kids! There's a ball pit and a pool table on the first floor, and the swimming pool is right next door. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is conveniently located. We'll definitely go back! Thumbs up, and the front desk lady was super nice!

This is the best hotel in Xunliao Bay, an excellent choice for family trips with children. The pet park ticket includes feeding materials and snacks for the little ones, which they absolutely loved. The hotel's pool area is divided, and the kids had a blast in their pool. The private beach avoids the crowds, with fine sand and clear water, and the sunsets are beautiful. In the evening, there are entertainment shows and even hot springs, truly offering an all-in-one vacation experience. The rooms are spacious, and although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well maintained. Children can even enjoy a bath in the tub back in the room, complete with disposable tub liners. The hotel's service in all aspects is truly thoughtful and outstanding! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was clean with no strange odors, and the facilities were well-maintained; water pressure and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and grand, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's amenities are excellent, and parking is convenient. Everything, from the environment and cleanliness to the service, was top-notch – no disappointments here. It's definitely worth staying at if you're traveling to Huidong. I'll be back!

I had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in.

The homestay is at the junction of Zengcheng and Longmen Yonghan, with a beautiful environment. The owner of the homestay is very kind, basically responsive and very cooperative! The room was also very clean, the pool had a tulle around it, which eliminated flying insects and deciduous leaves. The program during the New Year is rich, CS, KTV, fireworks, Kongming lights... Breakfast has Yonghan special rice rolls 👍, the supporting dinner is enough for a family of three, the chicken has a chicken taste!

The location of Huidong Xianglan Zhishang is truly exceptional, just steps away from the beach. Open the balcony door, and the turquoise waves immediately greet your eyes. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise paint the sea with a golden hue, and in the evening, sit in the courtyard listening to the waves, with even the breeze carrying the gentle scent of sea salt. The B&B boasts a fresh Mediterranean style, featuring white walls paired with natural wood furniture, creating a simple yet inviting ambiance. Thoughtful details abound; the sea salt scrub and citrus shower gel in the bathroom perfectly complement the coastal vibe. Staying here, it feels as though the invigorating freshness of the ocean has been brought right into your room.

After comparing many hotels online, I finally decided to book Howard Johnson Sandalwoods Resort Shuangyue Bay Huidong Huizhou, a well-established family-friendly resort. The young lady at the front desk was lovely and kindly upgraded us to an Executive Suite. The direct ocean view was simply amazing! Special thanks to our butler, Xiao Liu, and Jiali, who checked in with us every day to see if we needed any extra supplies and did their best to accommodate all our requests—thank you again! We stayed for several days without ever leaving the property. The entertainment facilities are fully equipped, including a pet petting zoo and a kids' club that children love. When it got too hot during the day, we stayed indoors to play, and by afternoon, we headed to the pool. The water temperature, warmed by the sun, was just right for the kids. In the evening, there are live musical performances at the lobby bar, and if you happen to catch someone setting off fireworks on the beach, it's incredibly romantic. Occasionally, people set off fireworks after 10 PM; if you're a light sleeper, just bringing a pair of earplugs will easily solve it. The breakfast spread is comprehensive as well, leaning towards lighter, authentic Cantonese flavors, which gave us an energetic start to the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations! The infinity pool is breathtakingly gorgeous, and there are plenty of fun water slides and the Dinosaur Park. It is perfect for traveling with kids and also ideal for a vacation! If I get the chance, I will definitely come back for a second visit!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
