CColletIt’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff!
We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!!
We had no issues at all!
The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna.
Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk.
We all said we would come again and stay here!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great! The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is also very convenient, and there are all kinds of food and shopping around. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! Super cost-effective, highly recommended, I will come again next time!

Easy to walk everywhere
The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.
The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.
Very good quality as well.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

VVikksCWe loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The hotel beautiful. Loved the acqua de palma toiletries. A couple of critiques would be. A coffee machine in the room would be an added bonus and the spa areas a little warmer. The bar area is lovely as is the rest of the hotel. We’d certainly stay here again 😊

GGuest UserHotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5
Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.

GGirlie MeiRoom was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on.
