"It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday.
The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.
GGuest UserGreat hotel in unbeatable location in krakow.
Room was spacious and modern, including huge bathroom.
Beds were a little small (we had 2 doubles for 3 people).
Staff were fantastic through from reception, to breakfast to the spa and the housekeeping staff
Would return.
CColletIt’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff!
We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!!
We had no issues at all!
The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna.
Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk.
We all said we would come again and stay here!
AalbertltThe location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)
GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserCheck-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.
ללילי שעשועExcellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. Great attitude of staff. Answer and help on any issue with a smile. The breakfast was very good. There is, ample parking from the enclosure. 60 zlotys per day for hotel guests. Really, we didn't want to leave. I am sure we will be back.
GGuest UserDuring our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.
BBanyuexilouguLocation is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare, accessible to everywhere .
The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things.
Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄
Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time.
We really enjoyed our trip.
