"Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently. All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard."

"Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, nah beim Bahnhof und alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Hatte mein Zimmer im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, ist machbar. In meinem Zimmer wahr sogar eine Klimaanlage was unter dem Dach wirklich Sinn macht . Die Ausstattung ist schon ein bisschen Retro und die Plastikauflage auf der Matratze geht gar nicht . Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und das Personal recht freundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt hier."

"It's far from the central station, but it's within walking distance if you remember the way. The tram is for people who are familiar with it. The route was so simple that it even felt faster to walk. If you have a lot of luggage, it's safer to use a car dispatch service. When checking in, you'll probably have to follow local instructions. When I did, I told the staff at the hotel counter in the building opposite that I wanted to check in, and they showed me to my room and taught me how to use the key."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops. There are a total of three power outlets available. The shower has good water pressure. Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m. The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street."

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning—plenty of fresh and local options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to public transport and major attractions. The hotel also had a relaxing spa area, which was a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!"

"The location is fantastic. The room was a bit small, likely due to being right by the train station, but it's perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was particularly convenient for our trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, as we could leave our luggage at the hotel and collect it on our way back. The front desk staff were incredibly nice!"

"The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean."

"An unforgettable stay in the heart of Krakow! Our stay at the Puro Hotel Kazimierz in Krakow was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and attentive lady at reception who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately received helpful tips for our stay in the city. Our room was a true oasis of peace and comfort. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a modern design that perfectly complemented Krakow's historic charm. The exceptionally comfortable bed deserves special mention, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep after long days of exploring the city. The only slight drawback was that the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but we were able to request firmer ones in two different sizes at reception – these arrived in our room just five minutes later. The amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and the well-equipped bathroom, left nothing to be desired. In addition, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water were available in the hotel lobby at any time of day or night. Of course, there was also water in the room. The quiet in the room, despite the central location, was remarkable. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight every morning. The selection was impressively varied and fresh, ranging from a wide variety of breads and pastries to fresh fruit, yogurt, and muesli, as well as hot dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Savory cold dishes such as sausage and cheese, as well as the very tasty Belgian waffles, were also available. Local specialties were also offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service in the breakfast area was also impeccable; tables were cleared quickly, and supplies were always readily available. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. We could easily reach Krakow's main sights, such as the Main Market Square, St. Mary's Basilica, and Wawel Castle, on foot. The charming Jewish quarter of Kazimierz was also just a short walk away. The proximity to public transportation was another plus, even though we hardly needed it. The entire staff, from reception to restaurant service to housekeeping, deserves the highest praise. They were consistently helpful, professional, and always there with a smile. Every request was promptly fulfilled, and it was clear that great importance was placed on the well-being of the guests. The room service was also commendable. The food was fantastic and prepared quickly; the burger, in particular, was delicious. Overall, the Puro Hotel Kazimierz made our stay in Krakow an unforgettable experience. We felt completely at ease and can highly recommend this hotel to any traveler who appreciates a combination of comfort, excellent service, and a perfect location. We will definitely be back!"

"It is a basic hotel with very simple amenities . Just next to train station and easy access to all train platforms even without going to the main hall . The hotel shower was broken, really very small , even hard to turn inside at the shower place , but the worst are the pillows . Hard to understand from where they bought that and think anyone would enjoy it. If you have a morning train maybe is suitable to stay (at they mention it is a budget hotel ). The front desk is helpful and friendly ."

"The location just a little away from the old town of Krakau. But just a tram stop in front of the door. The equipment of the small hotel is very elegant and high quality in art-deko style. However, the standard room is really small. Great double bed with thick mattress and many kitchens. Water cooker and capsule coffee. Breakfast is a mixture of buffet, individually prepared dishes, as well as a richly stuffed floor. Totally very recommendable...!!!"
