"The hotel is very new overall, the room is large and the staff is very good. Although we live on the first floor, it is not very noisy, but the pillow has a little hair, and the cleanliness needs to be improved."

"The hotel is located next to the main square. It means convenience for tourist but also kinda noisy especially weekends evenings till 10 o’clock.

Amazing
GGuest UserI had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!
KkthérèseI would highly recommended this apart-hotel for solo travelers, couples, and families. The apartments have everything you need, and the location was near the river and about ten minutes walk to the old town and castle. I was glad to have the laundry service and the option to have a breakfast set of your choice delivered to your room. The hotel has a selection of vegan items for purchase such as milk, chocolate, yoghurt, ice-cream, frozen pizza etc and there are convenience stores close by. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I’m back in Krakow again I will definitely stay here.
GGuest UserThe accommodation corresponds to the description and photos. Good accessibility to the surroundings (shopping center, etc.) and a parking space in the underground garage, but difficult to reach by car and quite frequent traffic in the area. It probably also depends on the time of arrival, so I don't take it as a negative. What bothered me was the louder humming of the refrigerator and the shower head in the bathroom was in pretty bad condition. The accommodation is a little noisier in the morning as the area is busy. The staff was nice. Overall, I recommend this accommodation.
GGuest UserThe room was upgraded compared to when I stayed there 2024, and the breakfast selection was also improved, with a wider variety of dishes. I had dinner on March 8th; the lady paid, and I received a 12% discount. The food was quite refined. The location is good, close to the station and shopping areas, and within walking distance of the old town.
GGuest UserNice hotel with modern design but unlucky the room was too warm for us and AC seems not working. Asked the front desk to check, but no one came and they asked us to wait since they will adjust it from the system but nothing’s changed.
Ppdp11This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy.
The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works.
I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery.
The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it.
It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town.
Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast.
Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment.
I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked.
I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.
GGuest UserIt has long been my heartfelt desire to see and hear my dear lady wife on the pot. Lying on my bed, propped up on my tattered pillow cases, barely covering the curiously brown material beneath, I was delighted that the hotel, catering for the perfectly normal needs of me and people like me, had provided the bathroom area with an ill-fitting glass door. However, imagine my horror to discover the current Mrs Robinson was also able to observe me at toilet. I thrashed her to within an inch of her life, the filthy minded baggage. Breakfast was not included, and the free shoe polish left my face disappointingly undarkened. three stars.
GGuest UserIt's about a 5-minute walk from Krakow Central Station, and about a 10-minute walk from Krakow's Old Town, and other tourist attractions are within walking distance.
There's a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away. The building is old, as it's close to the Old Town. The staff are cheerful and friendly.
I also went to the Auschwitz Concentration Camp Museum and the Weliczka Salt Mine, so I would be using Krakow Central Station as a base for sightseeing, so it was important that the hotel was close to the station. I decided on this hotel because it was the best value for money.
It turned out to be a good choice.
By the way, there is no air conditioning or refrigerator. This is common in Europe.
VVictoria FedorovaOverall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch.
However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.
GGuest UserThe was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
