A place of many possibilities just a few steps from the attractions of Krakow. It offers 198 spacious rooms, most with a view of the Vistula Bend. The offer includes conference rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a childrens corner and a recreation centre with swimming pool - all this makes it ideal for a family, business and tourist stay. It is distinguished by an apartment with a terrace where you can admire the panorama of the city with a coffee, or organize an unforgettable celebration in the open air.

Very good location hotel, next to the castle, you can walk to the old town, there is a bus station next to the hotel, 252 direct to the airport, 4.6 zloty about 30 minutes drive, 30 minutes walk to the central station. The rooms are large and the beds are very large and very clean. You have to bring your own kettle, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Most hotels in Europe do not provide them. The service is good overall, but the locals in Krakow are relatively indifferent and psychologically prepared. The hotel is highly recommended. I will choose it again if I have a chance.

We recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. She took the two bottles away and said that she would return. 20-minutes down the line, she r

We spent 3 nights here and the staff were very nice and helpful. Due to flight issues we didn’t arrive until 1am but the hostel responded to emails quickly and efficiently and the self check-in process was easy. This hostel is great for all travellers whether it’s couples, families, friends or solo particularly as it’s safe and a code is needed to enter every time with your own room key provided. Rooms were very clean with no issues regarding uncomfortable beds or lack of sleep. Location is excellent as the old town is only around a 5 minute walk away and there are a few supermarkets on the same street as the hostel just in case you need a snack! The kitchen was available to everyone with free usage of the fridge (for your sandwiches/ drinks etc). We found the baggage storage room very handy (which is also free until 8pm). This was an excellent hostel that we highly recommended. Thank you Lorf Hostel&Coffee.

Hi Travelers
so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,

A terrible attitude to the guests and complete irresponsibility. Booked the hostel through the booking, paid, everything was good. arrived at check in and the hostel turned out to be closed. No one answered the door, the phone was turned on, where the girl said ”hi” and nothing more. I was standing under the hostel and called half an hour on the phone number and did not get the answer, and the host never opened after the quarantine, and the owners decided to earn. The next day, I decided to call again on the phone number of the host and already very quickly picked up the phone of a young man who said he was the manager and claimed the host was working and the settlement was in them that day and they were functioning fully. The young man was not polite and qualified to work with guests. The young man ended up saying that it was not his competence to solve the problem. Living in Krakow for a long time, I had not had such cases for the first time, so I decided to go check whether the host worked on the same day as the conversation with the manager took place. The host was closed and no one opened that proves that the hosts earn during the situation, deceived people. If you don't want to stay on the street and don't know the city, don't use the services of this host! I don't recommend!

A lovely hotel very clean with friendly helpful staff that is only a short walk to the Jewish quarter. If you walk the short distance to the river you can follow it to the main castle that then leads you up into the main town and square. We took a short river cruise (approximately one hour) that was very enjoyable. My wife an I can recommend Starka restaurant which is only a short walk from the hotel. A trip to the salt mine approximately 45 minutes is well worth it.
Write your own story by staying at the first in Poland The Tribute Portfolio Hotel. We will welcome our guests with an unusual history, the building in which the hotel is located dates back to 1938. In the current 53 rooms once the editorial office of Poland's most popular daily newspaper, the Ilustrowany Kuryer Codzienny, had its headquarters here at the time. At every step you will encounter references to this extraordinary history. Vibrant interiors in art deco style taking us back to the inter-war period, are just a fraction of the soul we want to present. The hotels location is just perfect for discovering the corners of the old town. A few steps from the Market Square a few steps from the railway station. Type us on your Bucket List, definitely in Garamond font. Please note that we are an adults-only hotel and do not provide amenities or services for children. Our on-site restaurant offers a refined dining experience and is available exclusively for guests aged 18 and older.

Knowing nothing about Krakow, I was attracted by the name (I am a typesetter). The location was ideal for me... Krakow Old Town and a short walk to the center of the main square. They even offered parking! Upon arrival, I could not have been happier. It is a relatively small, new, atmospheric (mid-war vibe) hotel. Every staff member was polite and attentive. The room was well-appointed. The bathroom was magnificent. The breakfasts were incredible. We are returning in December. I can't wait!

Outstanding
Perfectly located for Pawel castle, the Jewish quarter and town centre entertainment. Plenty of places to eat close by if you want to but the apartment is well equipped to cater for anything. Fantastic apartment, extremely clean, well equipped and the staff on the desk are great, very helpful and nothing is an issue. Definitely recommend staying here 👍
Hotel reception smells amazing, you smell the building on the street before you see it. We stayed in Silver Queen apartment, which was in the adjoining building. Lovely private apartment block of a dozen apartments. The apartment itself was very modern and well designed. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine. We also had a large balcony, which came in handy with the weather being so hot. Aircon worked perfectly. Clean tidy and quiet. The hotel staff we very professional and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant very chic. The position of the hotel is one of its many good features. Just round the corner from the riverside and castle. If you turn left instead of right, the next street takes you straight to the market square in only 5 mins. The tram stop is just around the corner. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Krakow. We will go back, if we return to Krakow.
We stayed at Amber for a trip with a class visiting Krakow and Auschwitz. Very good location just outside the old town. Great and friendly staff, being very helpful at all times. Breakfast was wonderful, with a large selection of fruits, pastries, rolls and breads, cheeses, cold cuts and freshly cooked scrambled eggs!
GGuest UserThe apartment was clean, well appointed and in all respects better than we expected. The Wi-Fi was good, the place was quiet and very restful. It is very well situated being a short walk to the centre of the old town, and an even shorter one to the nearest tram stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being at all intrusive. In fact every Polish person we interacted with was unfailingly polite and helpful, beautiful people to match a beautiful country. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody at all. The only caveat would be that we were on the top floor and, for an old, disabled man like myself, 8 flights of stairs were a trial sometimes! However, the apartment went an awful long way to compensate for that.
WWEIDONGThe location of the hotel is very good, and the attractions are very close. We drove past and didn't know much about the train station. There is a parking lot nearby, so you don't need to park on the side of the road. The maximum parking fee per day is 40 yuan (Polish rupiah). The hotel is an old-fashioned building and no elevator has been installed. We ordered a kitchen, at the highest level, one night booked that afternoon, 300 yuan, cost-effective. It's a one-bedroom suite, but there is no door in the middle. The living room is larger with a balcony, washing machine and larger bathroom.
Apart from the great location I don’t have much of a positive review of this hotel. The lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The room was large and the bedding was clean but old. The carpet was stained and hadn’t been hoovered properly - there were bits everywhere. The fridge was full of ice and hadn’t been cleaned. There was a coffee machine and supplies. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom looked clean however the shower drain smelt so offensive you could smell it throughout the room. There were “mattress toppers” on each bed that weren’t secured so they move in the night - I almost fell out of bed on the first night and had broken sleep every night after as a result. We were also given only one pillow each that was flat as a pancake, when I asked if we could have another we were told no, the attitude of this receptionist was disgusting. She said they had no spare pillows, what type of hotel doesn’t have spare pillows? They did allow us to book a late breakfast and said we could pay cash. However, they didn’t tell us it had to be the correct amount as they couldn’t give change. There followed a misunderstanding with the young lady overseeing this basic meal and her attitude was again disgusting. Everything from beds, mattresses, bedding, towels, carpets, furniture was old, tired, stained and in some instances dirty.
GGuest UserI would highly recommend Niebieski Hotel to my friends and family. People who work in this hotel are welcoming, helpful and professional. All the emails with my questions regarding reservation were responded quickly. Rooms are spaciaus. The style of the rooms is very cozy (a lot of beutiful blue details). All meals in the Niebieski are very delicious. Spa treatments are very good. One of the most customer friendly places I ever visited.
GGuest UserI never leave negative comments , but greed of these people is at the level so I'll probably share. We lived 4 days in this hotel, overall everything is actually good, good rooms , a common room with PC. These people confused something with the mini bar and when I went out and hurried and I said it, they created a big problem and put a check on me for what I didn 't eat, it came to what I was yelling at the manager, but they were stubborn and all for 22 zloty. This blocked all the good things that were in this hotel , thank you for this girl who works today 19.07.22
GGuest UserApartment was small but was fine for me as I wasn't there very often! Had a large fridge, cooker, cutlery and everything you would need. Dietla 32 residence is located in the Kazimierz area and very near to Wawel castle, had a few convenience stores nearby which was handy :) Dietla 32 organized both of my trips to Auschwitz with Royal Tours which I highly recommend visiting, it includes pick up and drop off from the apartments, the driver was really friendly and also the Salt mine tour which I really enjoyed. Room was clean, had a hairdryer, lots of sockets to charge phones/etc, although shower was on the small side. Overall had a good stay, and the prices are great! I will stay here again as I hope to visit Krakow again :) Thanks Katie
