Stayed here 4 nights and the room was spacious and clean. The services provided by their staff members were superb. My in laws were old and forgot to attend their breakfast which was paid for in advance and I explain this to their staff members and they replace room service dinner as replacement for the missed breakfast. This demonstrates the staff members compassionate and friendly attitudes which they upheld at the highest standards to provide great customer services to their guests. I had an enjoyable overall experience staying at the Harris Suites hotel and I Thank you for your kind services from all of your staff members! I will definitely be back to stay here again in the near future. See you soon!

It is convenient to have a water dispenser at every level near the lift and we could get easy access whenever we need them. However, the water usually will be finished by 7pm and no top up since albeit reception counter is notified.

The hotel is clean and cozy.. the location is accessible with nice seafood resturant nearby. However, the lift is always full and has to wait for 2nd or 3rd time.

I never come across hotel asked for deposit to get one extra key. They only give one key even if u have two pax in the room. Worst thing no mineral water bottle provided at all.

i would stay here if i visit Jakarta the hotel is very clean, the staff not all are friendly but still okay it also close to puri mall and some supermarket
