Marriott accommodation in Yancheng

This was my third stay at the Yancheng Marriott. My first stay in 2023 was truly excellent, although the room felt a bit stuffy, which I overlooked due to the great service and environment. My second stay was also stuffy, but after I mentioned it, the staff provided a fan, which helped a lot. This third time, the room wasn't stuffy, but the service was genuinely poor: 1. When hailing a taxi at the hotel entrance, some doormen would open the car door, while others wouldn't. While I don't specifically need this service, it made me wonder what the criteria were – perhaps the quality of the guest's car or their status? 2. I provided my room number at the front desk and purchased four breakfast vouchers. However, when I went for breakfast, they said they couldn't find my information and asked me to show proof of payment, which was really unpleasant. 3. I went out to buy some local specialties, and the items were quite heavy. I asked the staff at the entrance for help carrying them, but was refused. When I went inside to the front desk, a female staff member impatiently pointed to a spot on the floor, telling me to just drop them there. Eventually, a male staff member came over, let me place them on a table, and gave me a luggage tag. Finally, when checking out, I realized I had lost a room card. I told the front desk I was willing to pay for it, but they said it was fine and didn't charge me. For this, I must say, I'm sorry, and thank you again.
