"We had a wonderful stay at WelcomHotel by ITC Jim Corbett. The property is set in a peaceful location, away from the noise of the city, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Our room offered beautiful views of the Kosi River and the surrounding hills, and waking up to that scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is very well maintained, and you can see the care that goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. We'd especially like to thank the restaurant team—Vishal, Lipun, Pawan, Pankaj, Jaya, and Manoj with Mr Neeraj heading the team. They were always courteous, attentive, and welcoming, and their friendly service made every meal enjoyable. The Activity Centre in-charge and the pool staff were also excellent. They were approachable, helpful, and happy to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. It was also nice to see the hotel employing people from the local community. It's always encouraging when a property supports the local economy while giving guests a warm and authentic hospitality experience. Overall, we had a peaceful and memorable stay and left with some wonderful memories. We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature, and we look forward to visiting again."

"Worth the money. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is 2.5-3 km from the temple. I booked a family room which was quite big with 2 double beds and a balcony. "We reviewed yesterday regd kids non friendly food & we are completely stick on it ,because false claims response has been sended on my husband review by Gm ,that menu has been given or we have been asked ,only after review your team reached us next morning at the time of our check out day ,which is of no use ,one thing more important I did booking with Mr Neeraj when we are about to reach your property on 11 June his mobile was switch off which is height of unprofessionalism,we got services but after requests & discussion which impacted our peace & kids joy ,staff is excellent ,senior management pl don’t take guests for granted !!!"

Staff are extremely courteous and prompt in service, rooms well maintained with variety of food and drink choices at the Resort. Plenty of things to do around , like treks, ATV ride ,children's play area, spa with therapist , sunset view spot, beautiful mandir to visit and a bonfire at nights on the lawn . This place is perfect for large private gatherings or nuclear families alike, This Resort and Spa definitely makes for a good weekend getaway! "
