"Value for money hotel near Seoul Institute of Arts & plenty of restaurants & cafes around. Lotte department store across the street. Big room compared to hotels in Seoul. Ansan is a lovely city by the ocean. Everything great except the hotel don’t provide free toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand soaps . So pls bring ur own. Public transportation is also very near, walking distance . Bathroom is big & nice hot water."

However, due to the nature of an older building, you should be aware of a sewage smell and noise from the above-ground subway. The cigarette smell from the bathroom was so strong that I couldn't bear it and ended up checking out mid-way through my 3-night stay."

"I visited again because I had a good time staying here with friends about three years ago.
The location is great as it is near Handaeap Station. However, there were two strands of hair stuck to the bedding before I used it. I just brushed them off and went to sleep, but maybe because of that, I felt a bit uneasy and itchy. There was no bad smell though.
Also, I kept hearing the sound of a washing machine running or water in the middle of the night, so I couldn't sleep well. Still, it's good value for the money."
