The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. The staff are quite enthusiastic. The amenities are great and the details are well-thought-out. It offers good value for money. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The hotel environment is comfortable, and the air conditioning in the rooms works really well. All the rooms are arranged around the pool, creating a beautiful view. The staff are very enthusiastic; we even got watermelon popsicles when we checked in. The cleaning staff were very attentive and tidied up my personal belongings carefully.

From check-in onward, his warmth made everything feel effortless and cared for. When it came to breakfast, I especially want to recognize Eva—thank you for the care, the lovely energy, and the way you help start the day feeling calm, bright, and ready for whatever Bali reveals next. And behind the scenes, the comfort here is clearly built by a whole team: • to the room cleaners—thank you for keeping everything fresh, peaceful, and beautifully prepared, • to pool maintenance—for making the pool area feel consistently pristine and inviting, • and most of all to the pool bar staff—thank you for keeping the mocktails and POPCORN 🍿 flowing. It was pure joy, like being serenaded by good energy all afternoon. The ambiance is stunning in the way it lets you breathe—artful, serene, and quietly celebratory. And then… the sunsets. Those breathtaking Bali skies truly welcomed unforgettable evening vibes, with every moment feeling like it belonged to a slower, kinder version of me.
