Excellent service! We experienced several issues with our room, including a number of broken items, and we were not initially assigned the room we had booked and requested. However, Victor at the front desk and Rafael from the restaurant went above and beyond to help us. They addressed our concerns promptly and resolved the issues immediately. We are truly grateful for their assistance and outstanding customer service. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Beachwalk, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and massages nearby. The convenient location added greatly to our overall experience.
