Four Points Hotels in Beijing

Big thanks to Steven for contacting me in advance and reserving the room! I was a bit worried when I arrived at noon and saw how busy it was, but luckily the room was indeed reserved and check-in was smooth 🥹. The room was very clean, no strange smells or smoke. Service was excellent, and the location is super convenient, right above a subway station. Getting to Beijing South Station and the Bird's Nest requires a transfer, but it's still quite easy to get to.

The front desk staff saw I had a child with me and kindly upgraded us to a family room for free. They even allowed us to extend our check-out until 2 PM the next day, which was perfect for my child to nap and be fully energized for their exam in the afternoon!

The location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to get around for sightseeing or business. All the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant—are polite and enthusiastic. Vic Dahlia, in particular, provided exceptional service, responding to requests promptly and efficiently. The entire room was deep-cleaned; the bedding and bathroom were spotless, with no strange odors or dust, showing great attention to detail. All appliances worked perfectly, the WiFi was stable, there was plenty of hot water, and the mattress was comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same category. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. I've already saved this place and will definitely rebook for my next trip. Highly recommend it to everyone!
