Came with my mom. We were tired. Having to carry our 20kg luggage with 15-20minute walk to hotel. It’s not near as what everyone said. They said elevator was broken and scammed us to upgrade. We were too tired. They should have upgraded us for free. Terrible service. We only got offered water bottle no snacks. Only positive is that air condition is cold. Other hotels doesn’t offer this during winter.

Pros - convenient location right beside metro station and shopping mall. Line 10 goes to many tourist sites either direct or with just 1 change. Strong WiFi (but blocked by company security app for those using Ms outlook). Strong hot shower pressure. Clean room with no smoking stench. Cons - in Oct room air con can only be set at 25 degrees lowest level so room feels a bit warm at times. Toilet seat no bidet (common in Shanghai). Personally don't like bed pushed against the window. Windows is very near to opposite block so have to remained closed at all times else or no privacy.

Great location at Sanlitun. Late checkin was easy possible. Staff might not be able to speak English, with translation app no problem. They are really willing to support. Hotel room was clean everything you need in there. Be aware some hotel rooms have no window- you'll see that during booking process. Breakfast Chinese style, no western options, however looks fresh also with fresh fruits. Coffee you get in your room. For my purpose l, just perfect!

Very comfy bed with memory foam pillows and bright room not far from CBD and CCTV building. There's no elevator though and no dry/wet separation in the bathroom. Entrance is basically in a bus depot. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Three water bottles and little snacks provided. Free filter coffee and breakfast bag (packaged sweet bun, milk carton and wrapped braised egg) at reception were nice extras.

First, it's not close to the metro esp if your not fond of walking it'll take 15-20mins to reach Dongzhimen station. Next, one keycard is provided and you can't access the elevator without it. Yes there are many food shops around but we didn't found any convenience store. Room is clean tho but there are items for sex idk why. Really not a room for family. Bed is okay and the lights we're a bit dim for me. Overall, it's good for short stay and they can store luggages for free if you checkout early.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and efficiently laid out, complete with a small kitchen and washing machine, allowing us to wash our clothes. The view from the 12th floor was spectacular. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Paul Yu (于维升), who handled our check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, near the Dongzhimen subway station. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable and there wasn’t noise from outside. The front desk staff was very helpful and we communicated using translation apps. They have a laundry service (not self service) that helped a lot and they were so kind to keep my luggage after checkout. I liked so much I’m coming back right a brief trip to Shanghai and before my flight back home. Excellent experience for the price range.

I booked a very good hotel near Sanlitun during the summer vacation. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is just a few minutes away. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The main thing is that the price-performance ratio is very high. After looking at many hotels, I decided to stay at this hotel. There is a coffee shop on the first floor, and a convenience store is a few steps away. It is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Beijing next summer vacation. I read the reviews and some of them are indeed a bit serious. The most important thing is to have fun when you go out.

The service is really great. The ladies on duty at the front desk at different times are all very polite and considerate. You can also eat in the yard if you order takeout. The weather in Beijing has been very comfortable these two days. The environment is great. The interior environment is very design-oriented. Each one is a detail. There are beautiful ornaments and flowers under the stairs in the front hall, as well as many hand-painted items. It's the first time I've stayed in such a courtyard. It's quite good. The transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop right outside. The room also makes people feel warm. It's a very cost-effective hotel. The room is very sci-fi and the lamps are very unique! The facilities are consistent with the pictures, including refrigerators, washing machines, etc.! The high-rise tatami bed is very unique! After returning from traveling, it is very comfortable to sit on the tatami in front of the window, drink tea and chat. The room is well soundproofed, the butler service is attentive, and the luggage is stored for free after check-out.

This is the perfect hotel for you to rest up when exploring the city, it’s nothing fancy but then again you get what you pay for, some rooms are quite small with no windows but then again it’s very likely that you won’t be spending much time in a hotel room instead of exploring the city. Now locating the hotel can be a bit difficult but there’s lots of famous clubs around, so you can enter one of the clubs name and ask any guards you might find by the gate and they’ll gladly help you. And yes they do accept foreigners
