The Wanda Realm Hotel boasts a convenient location, situated right next to Wanda Plaza, which makes dining and shopping incredibly easy with a plethora of restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable and spacious, offering an expansive view of Chang'an Avenue. While some of the facilities show their age, they are impeccably maintained. The service at both the front desk and the executive lounge was excellent – the staff were warm, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues we encountered. Breakfast was decent, and parking was very convenient. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

This time, I brought my child to watch the Grand Slam matches. There are two Holiday Inn hotels within Shougang Park: the Works Hotel is open to the public, while the Xiuchi Hotel is for athletes. So, we stayed at the Works Hotel. Although there was a minor incident during check-in where I sustained a small injury, hotel staff member Xiao Shen contacted me after I checked out, repeatedly apologizing for me getting hurt during my stay. She sent me a small gift and even applied to her manager to have the hotel's Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes mailed to me. I'm very grateful. At the same time, I believe it's all about mutual understanding. Even though I was injured due to a minor issue in the room, I didn't act unreasonably or cause a scene with the hotel. Instead, after breakfast, I politely mentioned it to the staff at the front desk as I passed by, out of concern that someone else might get injured in the future. The traffic is very convenient, the intersection is the subway entrance, but when checking in, the front desk staff was average. He took our ID card to check in behind, and then opened a room for us. Fortunately, my colleague asked if there were two rooms. He said one. I felt very speechless. I didn’t take a serious look at the order. I clearly set two rooms. Then there was no apology, I went to the computer to check it, and then opened a room. Why can a man and a woman check in so default that they don't verify the order, and the work is so perfunctory. The last one opened was a room on the 2nd floor. I obviously had a note to the high floor when I placed the order. The result was the lowest 2nd floor. Anyway, the service at check-in was very dissatisfied. Another service at check-out was not bad.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms look nice and relatively new. There is parking space. It is in a residential area. The breakfast looks good and cost-effective. The service can answer all your questions. The service staff at the door are very responsible.

There are many hotels in Beijing, but this one is really good. The hotel is located next to Lianhuaqiao subway station, which is very convenient. There is also a mall in the building, which is really good. I will stay here again next time I come to western Beijing!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park was fantastic! Rose at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, proactively asking about my preferred floor and room orientation during check-in – so thoughtful! The room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and odor-free. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with several shopping malls nearby, making shopping and getting around convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room and gym, and the above-ground parking is super convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious, a perfect start to the day. Overall, an excellent experience, I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The sound insulation effect is not ideal, and footsteps in the corridor can be heard at night. If you don't have high requirements for ventilation and quietness, this price is still worth considering.
