"The price with 3rd party made it very reasonable. But the condition of the Sonesta is very poor. Not very clean. Hallways full of leaves, trash container's outside all full with trash on the ground. Carpets all through the place were very stained. No Kleenex, half rolls of toilet paper ( had to request for more) toilet ran off and on. Tub would not drain water out. I question if there are maintenance team. Which makes me concerned about the elevators checked. No, breakfasts.. But advertised having full breakfast. They did provide coffee. Not sure if the place was safe. I believed they parked 3-4 cars outside to make it appear there were customers. Not sure Sonesta needs their “Brand” to so poor."

"Staff is nice and attentive. There was a patron that thought it was ok to take their dog in the sauna and we were unable to use the sauna or pool because no one cleaned the room or shut it down after. Our allergies plus the dirtiness of an animal took away from our experience."

"I booked my room through Priceline, I also paid online. When I got to the hotel I was charged again. The people at the front desk had no clue how to fix it and tried to tell me i booked 2 rooms online. I called Priceline and verified I only booked once and it was there error! My husband and I the next morning came down to get coffee and it was basically hot water, the orange juice was running out and it was just orange water. We checked out. As we are driving back home my card was charged again for the room. Fast forward to today and my card was charged again total 3 times more for a room that I already for. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here ever again. I am still trying to get my money back! What a nightmare!"

"My husband and I have small getaway trips. We came to try this hotel. The rooms are small and arranged differently than most hotel rooms. The bed lighting was fun. The TV was nice and large. It had HBO and worked great. There was a walk in glass shower with good water pressure. There was a bluetooth mirror (which we are still curious about). The pillows were fluffy and the bed and couch were comfortable. They send texts to check on the guests. We had only a few complaints. First, our bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. We responded to one of their texts and they offered to send someone up right away to clean it. Very nice gesture. There is no complimentary breakfast (which is mentioned in the hotel details). There, also, is no business center. They make sure to let guests know that there are no free items by placing signage on the tables. This is a no frill hotel so if you are expecting little perks, you will not find it here. The restaurant is a little pricey for breakfast and dinner. There were not many people taking advantage of the meals, either, so maybe we were not the only ones that thought it was a tad expensive. Lastly, the hotel is located next to several bars with outdoor seating. We stayed on a Friday night which was a mistake. We heard talking/yelling until 2:30 in the morning from the bar patrons that were seated outside. There was, also, loud motorcycles and cars showing off for the crowds. So, when you see other reviews stating the hotel has thin walls, it includes interior AND exterior. We could not even turn the AC fan on high to drown out the noise. The customer service of this hotel made up for most of the bad....the loudness of the people at the bar, though, was horrible. This is really not the fault of the hotel, so I cannot necessarily blame them for this. Just beware if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night."
