"Staff is nice and attentive. There was a patron that thought it was ok to take their dog in the sauna and we were unable to use the sauna or pool because no one cleaned the room or shut it down after. Our allergies plus the dirtiness of an animal took away from our experience."

"The front desk was very friendly. A lady from China was very polite. I have stayed in Huston TX before. The facilities are the same. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and dishes. There is no stove, but there is a microwave, which is convenient. The hot breakfast is very rich. The swimming pool water in January is too cold, but everything is very good."

"I booked my room through Priceline, I also paid online. When I got to the hotel I was charged again. The people at the front desk had no clue how to fix it and tried to tell me i booked 2 rooms online. I called Priceline and verified I only booked once and it was there error! My husband and I the next morning came down to get coffee and it was basically hot water, the orange juice was running out and it was just orange water. We checked out. As we are driving back home my card was charged again for the room. Fast forward to today and my card was charged again total 3 times more for a room that I already for. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here ever again. I am still trying to get my money back! What a nightmare!"
