"Honestly, it felt like I'm being scammed by the hotel. 1) I booked a studio apart, with mini kitchen and Refrigerator ON THE IMAGE, but I got a standard room without any of I've mentioned above. I've complained to the apart, they said they've already given correct room, and NO SOLUTION AT ALL, no compensation too. 2) the apart CS already sent door code, but not working. They sent another code 2-3 times, and finally already correct. The strange thing is, when I went out and came back again, the code change again. What if all the code are incorrect, and we need to contact the CS over and over again? The CS also sometimes slow respond. 3) some of furniture are rotten. TV remote is not working. The bed is squeaking. Not recommended. After complaining to Trip.com, thankfully they understood what I feel and giving me compensation in the form of points. Thanks trip team!"

"The property is a bit tucked away from the main road, but still easily accessible. Parking space is limited. This accommodation is co-located with a boarding house. Rooms are available with either air conditioning or a fan. Some rooms have shared bathrooms, while AC rooms typically feature private en-suite facilities. Please note that unmarried couples are not permitted to stay here. A big thank you to the guesthouse staff for their excellent service. Special shout-out to the lady who helped me – keep up the great work!"

"The good thing about this hotel is their Housekeeping and Front Office staf are honest. When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us. But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty. I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again."
