I came here to see a mixed group and booked this hotel which is not far from the provincial capital. It only takes about ten minutes to walk. The environment is not bad and the hygiene is clean. There is also a tea room and the subway entrance is right outside the door. It is super convenient to go anywhere. The customer service at the front desk is also very good, and I even met my co-worker here!

The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and hygienic, and the service is very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the hotel when I entered the door. The indoor green plants are very stylish, and I like the room design very much. Just by looking at the lights I chose, I can tell that the owner has good taste. Another thing I have to praise is the location of the hotel. The location is very good. You can see it from the subway entrance. There is the very cost-effective Tiantian Hotel downstairs. It is also very close to the tavern. You can go to Tiantian Hotel Have lunch - go to Fanghua Street for coffee in the afternoon - have dinner in Yulin in the evening - then go to a tavern on Yulin Road to have a drink, listen to folk songs, and feel the vitality and charm of Chengdu!

This hotel is a great value; we got a fully furnished apartment, including a dining table, a large refrigerator and washing machine (the hotel even provides laundry detergent). The towels stand out and are incredibly soft. This isn’t a complaint, but a few warnings for any foreigners staying here: (1) The check-in process is a bit unique. There’s no checkin desk in the building lobby and access to the elevator is restricted until after you checkin. In order to checkin, you need to call the hotel and they will send someone to the lobby to meet you. This means you will need a working phone to call the hotel. (2) There’s no phone in your room which you can use to call the front desk or housekeeping. If you need to communicate with the hotel, it’s all done via WeChat. So make sure you download and create an account before you arrive.

Our stay was fantastic! The service was really kind-hearted and helpful. The room was beautiful, amazing natural stone facilities and rain shower. Everything was very clean and well kept. The Zen Garden in the courtyard is beautiful. The location is a bit inconvenient from the subway, but the neighborhood is very nice, a lot of nearby cafés and restaurants and very walkable. It was my sister's favorite stay in China, we felt very comfortable there and would return anytime!

I also added one style (Syrian Damascus style), haha! The hotel is located in a high-end residential area. There is a small community square at the entrance of the hotel. It is about 700 meters walking distance from Tongzilin Metro Station. It can be said that it is quiet in the bustling city. The 10 floors of the hotel are all guest rooms, but there is no interference with each other at all. It is very quiet. My family stayed here for 5 consecutive nights from the second day of the Chinese New Year, which is the best recognition of this hotel. The hotel facilities are very good, the flow of hot water for bathing is large, the air conditioning is hot, and the hygiene is also very good. The buffet breakfast provided by the breakfast restaurant ”Tianyuan Courtyard” on the first floor tastes very good and clean. The most worthy of praise is the attitude of all the staff and waiters in the hotel, which is very good! In particular, the male manager (not tall) on duty from the second to the fifth day of the Chinese New Year is very capable, hardworking and versatile. The breakfast flow on the fourth day of the Chinese New Year is once in ten years. The manager helped wash vegetables, cook noodles, and serve dishes in the restaurant, and responded to every request of the guests. The boss saw this evaluation and wanted to give a salary increase. Finally, I would like to give a warning to Ctrip. Hanyi Hotel did not increase its prices much during the Spring Festival. It is you, Ctrip, who are engaging in hunger marketing, raising prices arbitrarily, driving up prices, hoarding goods, and making a profit from rare goods... It is very despicable.

We had the suite including the package for high tea and breakfast in the executive lounge, which we found absolutely worth the price Nice and helpful staff, at the front desk as well as shoe cleaning, in room dining, room cleaners.... Very good customer experience. The room was exceptionally clean and also looked after by the staff a few times during the day. Also the pool area was very clean and enjoyable, we just missed a steam room and a sauna.

It is relatively close to the Shenxianshu subway station. The decoration is very ingenious and has strong Chinese elements. It is just that it has been there for a long time and has some traces of time. The laundry room is a bit useless, with few machines and basically unusable. Breakfast was pretty good. Although there wasn't much, it suited my taste. It just lacked milk and coffee.

There are many places to eat around the hotel. There is a Starbucks at the door. If the takeaway cannot be delivered upstairs, you can contact the front desk to help deliver it. The front desk service is very good. When checking out, Anna at the front desk helped contact the merchants selling Sichuan specialties. I recommend five stars

We really liked this hotel. Its location is great, right outside Exit F of the Nijiaqiao metro station (if you have luggage, go for Exit B which has an escalator and lift; it's only about 20m more). There are 2 industrial washing machines (which automatically disburses detergent) and 2 industrial dryers which are free to use - these are great because my clothes are clean and dry after 22 minutes of washing and 30 minutes of drying. I had used other hotels' dryer for 1.5 hours and my clothes are still wet, because it was too small/weak. They provide many bottles of mineral water daily (about 8 I think), and the place feels very clean. There is also an unlimited supply of tea bags and ready-to-drink drinks at the lobby. The staff is friendly and greets guest whenever they pass by. The breakfast is good and you can try some local dishes, while also having international varities.

The hotel is very close to the Shenxianshu subway station and it takes a few minutes to walk. The window of the room I lived in was facing the viaduct, which was noisy. The size of the room is OK, the wall has obvious mold marks, I hope the hotel will deal with it as soon as possible. The front desk service was good, and I was delayed until 2 pm to check out, which was quite polite.
