They initially said we had a large group and a lot of luggage, so we could all fit in one car. They even called before we left the airport saying the same thing. There weren't many places to eat after we arrived at night (although we ended up going to a barbecue place nearby, which was actually quite good and not expensive). 3. Then there's the breakfast. They called when I booked the room on the platform to ask if they could deliver breakfast. They told me on the phone that members could have their clothes delivered, but when I arrived, they said they couldn't. I don't know if it was a handover issue or something. 4. There was no laundry detergent or disinfectant in the laundry room. I could call a robot to bring the detergent, but there was absolutely no disinfectant. There was only one laundry bag left, and no more in the cabinet next to it. There wasn't enough room to wash a lot of clothes at once. 5. There was a yellow stain on the sofa in the room. I don't know what it was, so I didn't dare sit on it or put anything on it. It was too late and I was too tired to take any pictures. The good thing is that they offer airport pickup, which is helpful for those arriving late and with a lot of luggage, although the overall experience was just so-so.
