Hanting Hotels in Chongqing

Generally, a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel is walkable to Raffles City. Room is clean. Only downside is room comes with no small fridge hard to have cold drinks. Building exterior looks a bit old, the hotel looks newly renovated. 1 of the shared hotel lift currently is under maintenance, hence wait time for the lift would be quite long and lift is quite small too. The lift is shared with other level of people. The mattress is quite comfortable for a goodnight sleep. Service from hotel is good. They offered free laundry service wash and dry at Level 5 with self service. Toilet water pressure could be better as sometimes the water goes big to small and hot to cold. Bought Taobao and hotel staff help to sort and put it neatly at one corner of Level 5. Thanks for the good service.

The front desk staff, especially a friendly gentleman, provided excellent and very quick check-in service. The hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk (about 300 meters) from Chongqing West Station. There are plenty of hotpot and stir-fry restaurants downstairs. Highly recommend staying here if you need to catch an early high-speed train!

This was my first time attending a concert at the Chongqing Olympic Sports Center, and it was a great experience. The hotel was right next to the Olympic Sports Center, super close, and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to the Chongqing Olympic Sports Center for a concert.

Traveling with kids was quite convenient. The front desk and restaurant staff were very patient and helped us sterilize baby bottles. We were very satisfied with the hygiene and service. We look forward to staying here again!

Facilities: The facilities are okay, but they're not smart home systems; it's all manual service. Also, the pillows are too high, and there are no replacements. Although the room is near the road, it's not noisy at all with the windows closed, which is pretty good. Cleanliness: The toilet smells bad, and the whole room smells very strong. Environment: The overall environment is okay, but the door's soundproofing is poor. Service: The service is pretty good, and the food is also good.

The service was impeccable, warm and proactive. They kindly offered to change rooms when the air conditioning malfunctioned, and their attitude was excellent. The front desk even proactively recommended hot pot and the hotel breakfast (around 5 RMB per person). The facilities were lacking; the air conditioning malfunctioned twice during my four-day stay. The first time, there was a lingering smell of a dead rat; the second time, it wouldn't cool at all. The room was built two years ago, so the wooden floors had a strong odor, but it only lasted briefly upon entering. Remember to turn on TV screen mirroring to initialize and activate the room's Wi-Fi. Using the Huazhu Club app (mini-program) is much more convenient; it's easy to request items and check laundry. There was a severe shortage of staff; the cleaning lady worked all day but couldn't finish cleaning, leaving the trash uncollected and the bedding unmade. The family room, model XX15, had a narrow passage between the first bed and the wall, while the toilet and bathroom were ridiculously large. The washing machine and dryer were shared with the neighboring Ji Hotel; you must avoid peak hours to avoid long queues. The storefront is also quite narrow, especially compared to the adjacent All Seasons Hotel (both are Huazhu Club hotels, sharing the first floor). The price difference isn't significant, so going to the other hotel might be a better experience. The location is fantastic; it's a five-minute walk from Exit A1 of Niujiaotuo Metro Station (Navigation might be off, remember to ask staff). There are many restaurants on the nearby Meizhuanxiao Street, and it's a ten-minute walk to the Three Gorges Museum and the People's Great Hall. The Democratic League Museum is right across the street. It's also not far from the zoo, Jiefangbei, Guanyinqiao, and other attractions, making it much more comfortable than squeezing onto the subway at Jiefangbei.

The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, the service is very attentive, the environment is clean, and it's a newly opened hotel. Thumbs up, it was truly a pleasant surprise. From now on, I'll be staying at Hanting Hotel whenever I need a place to stay.

I booked this hotel with the attitude of giving it a try. I have never stayed at Hanting before, but this time, I only want to book Hanting for my future trips. This hotel is conveniently located right in a bustling commercial area with excellent transportation links. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were warm and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
