The hotel facade is new and clean. The room is very clean with daily change of towels, slippers and bottled water. Location is excellent, on the Main Street with many eateries. It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations

Great hotel. Modern and extremely clean inside. Staff spoke very good English which was great as we don’t speak Korean. Only slight con is the street outside smells a bit rough but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Reception staff were not friendly and helpful.
Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.
Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk.
The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. Thank you Ramada Encore
The hotel was great however we had problems with the bathroom. When taking the shower the water would splash around. Taps would leak water when opening. Water pressure of the toilet and taps is slow. There was mold as well. Safety concerns of the step near the bath tub. Housekeeping is good and friendly! Staff were helpful when we needed certain things in the room. Good view. Far from the elevator as requested. Enjoyed staying here.
I really liked the place! Super clean, has lots of amenities and good location. The area around is close to the beach but not noisy at all. Had a room up high floor with a good view and balcony.
The only little problem I had was with a check-in. They send a letter to you before couple of days to be filled and after this registration they send you details on how you can store the luggage before check-in. As I was traveling all the days before and didn’t do it in advance had to figure out how I do it on arrival in the hall which has literally no place to sit. As i felt a bit tired this process seemed sophisticated to me. But i sent a message through the platform and received very quick replies 👍🏼
This hotel has a resort with a casino. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours.
Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee.
Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout
Clean and compact room. Like the bed the most, we had a good sleep for our 3 nights stay. CU is right next to the hotel. Just a 4–5 mins walk to Haeundae Beach and the nearby food street. Also within walking distance to Mipo Blue Line Park Station for the Sky Capsule, beach train, ClubD Oasis, and X the Sky. Great location!
This Toyoko Inn in Busan really exceeded my expectations. The facilities and environment are much better than the ones I stayed at in Tokyo. The entire room was very bright and had beautiful mood lighting, and the space was more than enough for a solo female traveler!
If you want to see the ocean anytime, you absolutely must stay here. It's just a few minutes' walk across the street to Haeundae Beach. If you're on a high enough floor, you might even get an ocean view. I was lucky enough to get a high floor this time and caught a glimpse of the sea. 🥹
However, the hotel is a bit far from Haeundae subway station, which can be tiring if you have a lot of luggage.

Outstanding
HHikmaI booked this place because my friends were visiting Busan.
Six of us stayed here, and the location was perfect, as it was very close to Haeundae Beach.
Because it's a new building, the overall experience was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, making it comfortable for several people.
I was also happy that there were enough bedding and mattresses for everyone.
The facilities were well-equipped overall, and I was especially satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom and bathtub.
I'm very sensitive to dust, so I can't sleep even if my room is slightly dirty,
but this place was absolutely fantastic.
I will definitely book here again if I have guests in Busan in the future.
Highly recommended!
GGuest UserIt was affordable, the facilities were clean, and the interior was spotless. The location was also great, close to Haeundae Beach, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was a plus because I could enjoy a hot soup and rice for breakfast.
MM46999****This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Korea. The front desk staff spoke excellent English (I didn't encounter anyone with better English after that! 😄). The room was very spacious, and the lighting was bright, not dim at all. There was a sofa and a small coffee table, which was very convenient for placing things and relaxing. It even had a clothes sterilizer! The balcony looked just like the pictures, but it was too cold to use, which was a bit of a shame.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel! I would definitely recommend! The staff were lovely and checked us in early. Breakfast was nice, good options and coffee good. The room itself is very comfortable, perfect for a few nights. Bathroom was fine. Location is great, 5/10 mins walk to the Haeundae beach and about 4 mins from the subway - great for getting around! The laundry room (washing machines and dryers) was free of charge and they had detergent available to use. This was a huge help and really handy. The gym was also excellent compared to a lot of hotel gyms. It had lots of equipment, treadmill, stair climber, leg press, benches, decent free weights. Overall, a fantastic stay with all the amenities you need for a few days
GGuest UserGreat location, just a short walk from Haeundae Station, making it super convenient to get around. While it's a little further from the beach, the location still offers easy access to everything. The room was comfortable for the stay, though not exceptional. One downside was the lift – it can get crowded and the wait time, especially during busy periods like check-out, was a bit long. Their service was fine, but not particularly warm or engaging. Overall, it’s great value for the price and a solid option for a stay in the area.
GGuest UserFacing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day.
Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available. There was a bath with a bathtub, and I was able to watch Netflix, Disney, etc.
Check out was affordable, just put the card in the container ....
However, I was told to contact before check-in, so I called, but I was worried that I could not communicate enough in English and Japanese.
GGuest UserRoom condition is clean and tidy. Good access. Parking space is spacious so you can park comfortably. It is the most satisfying place I have recently used. I will use it again next time. Prosper. Good good good !!!
GGuest UserIt's a very good motel to sleep with friends for a day, and it's very good because it's clean and the street is good. It's a place I want to come again next time.
