"Overall clean room. Had trouble getting the door lock to work when leaving temporarily. Doorman and staff helpful, respectful. Bathroom shower nozzle could use some scrubbing. Build up of hard-water residue and/or mold? Hotel provided toothbrushes that were very abrasive on the gums? We forgot our toothbrushes. AC worked well. Comfortable mattress."

"The hotel location is very good. The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule). Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking. Still we will book again in the future. Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured. Service rates as good for the lady staff that assisted us. Recommendation: pls invest in changing all the towels and bedsheets it is obvious that need to replace to look clean. Thank you."
