My stay at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf was nothing short of exceptional. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the attentive housekeeping ensured everything was well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to major attractions like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, making sightseeing effortless. One of the standout features was the breakfast buffet, which had an impressive variety of dishes catering to different tastes—every morning felt like a feast. A huge plus was the complimentary shuttle service to Dubai Mall and other key locations, making transportation incredibly convenient. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel delivers a seamless experience with great amenities and service. Highly recommended!

We booked four rooms with breakfast for two nights. On the day of check-in, which was already past midnight, one of the rooms we were assigned was already occupied. We then had to go back and switch rooms. The next day at breakfast, they said the room wasn't under my name and wanted me to pay, which caused another hassle. Finally, on the day we checked out, they claimed we had consumed items from the mini-bar, but we absolutely did not!! This Marriott is honestly the worst-managed one I've ever stayed at!! Not recommended! Plus, the bar was very noisy at night.

Excellent. We had a cat so the location was fine as 15 minutes to most places max Price was unbelievable for quality of hotel at peak season. 5 star but a bit older but rooms are big and facilities are comprehensive

The service was good just that the apartment units are at a different block so there is a short walk over. But it wasn't bad at all, since the buildings are a linked. There's a mall that is 15mins short walk away which is nice walking to in the evening when it isn't too hot. If you'll like a place that is comfortable, clean and affordable, this is definitely worth it. But it's a little further away from the city but really 20mins car ride over is fine.

First of all, the staff is really nice. I've only stayed at luxury hotels in Dubai, but this place is friendly and cheerful! They even called me directly to resolve any difficulties I had with taxis or delivery. They also upgraded my room, and it was my first time staying at a penthouse. It was really big, had a lot of rooms, and there were some old parts, but overall, it was a really great place to stay! They even delivered Dubai chocolate. It took 20 minutes to deliver~ There are a lot of restaurants nearby that deliver, and the view is great. I'm especially grateful to the staff who helped me with check-in and check-out. Thanks to them, I think my last stay in Dubai will be memorable.
