Movenpick Hotels in Dubai

Hotel management seniors especially GM kindly take a note, you know I am a long time guest but some of your staff and surprisingly new new staffs are now setting new rules for me, in the name of looking after hotel. Where were they, when racial discrimination was done to me or my guests? Really shameful. By the way, even at 2:30 am, your staff calls and asks me about booking, instead of whole day. Sorry isn't enough the next day. You need to kindly train people, on guest service, because it's a 5 star hotel and if your staff next day on reading my review says, I am only looking out for hotel, sorry it's all ********. Thanks

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall entrance via Chinatown Dubai Mall, just between Vida Mall and Address Residences. The good thing is we avoid Downtown Dubai traffic when we travel to other Dubai attractions while staying close to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Hotel cleanliness is superb, staff is helpful, 2 bedroom apartment we stay is fully furnished with all utensils and kitchenette are fully working. Special commendation to Madhuri who is very pleasant to us. Thank you for everything. Recommended hotel to stay in Downtown Dubai.

I'm very satisfied with both the price and the cleanliness of the environment. The staff are even more conscientious and responsible. I'm extending my stay for a second day today, and I'm definitely writing this review. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'll choose this place again next time, I really like it. Highly recommended! There are also many restaurants downstairs, and it's very convenient to get a taxi. We had such a lovely weekend stay at Movenpick Hotel & Apartments. The atmosphere was perfect for a family’s getaway – relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety, and we especially enjoyed the pool services, which made our stay even more refreshing. Everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of – we truly loved it and would happily return.

Was very disappointed with the state of the room for such a good brand hotel. I didn’t bother reading any reviews. I just booked it because it was a known brand. unfortunately on arrival the room was in a state. It was very dusty and dirty very dated and just not nice at all. The room was not cheap costing nearly $170 plus so I expected a cleaner room it was 1 o’clock in the morning when I arrived and I was just so tired that I didn’t want to kick up a fuss so I just stayed the night and left in the morning had it been during the day I would’ve insisted on a refund and changed hotels. This is my true experience with this hotel on may not reflect the same for other travellers.

We had an excellent family stay. The welcome was warm and the staff very helpful. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The food was also excellent, with a good choice of dishes and very high quality. We highly recommend this establishment and would happily return.

It is a good hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The water pressure though, was a bit disappointing. The f&b was average although the desserts were to die for. The breakfast layout was intuitive for me. Overall not a bad stay and can recommend the hotel.

I needed a place to rest, and this hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made the start of my stay effortless. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking truly mind blowing.
