I had a great stay at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai. Check-in was incredibly swift, making for a smooth arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, while the lobby was absolutely stunning and created a fantastic first impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stopover or a city break in Dubai.

We stayed at this hotel with my best friend as their location is very nice. Our experience was not the best as we in our bathroom you can fe feel cigarette smell although the whole hotel is non smoking. They tried to fix and the next day it was the same and we think it comes from another room from the a/c. So many kids and one night some kids ring our doorbell when we were sleeping, the people staying the next door had their door open and people were running and screaming, when we called the receptionist they came to help with this but not straight away as we had to call twice. Not possible to swim in the pool as so many kids were not only in kids section but everywhere. Breakfast is fine but not exceptional, dinner is quite boring. Rooms are quite old too, so don’t expect it will be as on their photos as they definitely need to change them. For this price I would pick another hotel. Everything I liked about this place is their location.

My stay was enjoyable thanks to Marsha at the front desk.

Areas of improvement: Room cleanliness; coffee machine was dusty and I found a used water bottle under the bed. which indicates housekeeping is superficial.

Amazing stay for families! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located in a great area with beautiful city views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was very disappointed with the state of the room for such a good brand hotel.
I didn’t bother reading any reviews. I just booked it because it was a known brand.
unfortunately on arrival the room was in a state. It was very dusty and dirty very dated and just not nice at all. The room was not cheap costing nearly $170 plus so I expected a cleaner room it was 1 o’clock in the morning when I arrived and I was just so tired that I didn’t want to kick up a fuss so I just stayed the night and left in the morning
had it been during the day I would’ve insisted on a refund and changed hotels. This is my true experience with this hotel on may not reflect the same for other travellers.

Movenpick Dubai creek- definitely not 5*. (Barely 4* in my opinion.) Thankfully we only stayed one night after coming from staying at the incredible Conrad Towers in Abu Dhabi. The negatives- North and West facing rooms face a busy road or a busy intersection or a Mosque. Very tired rooms with ineffective double glazing. The rooms we were shown didn't look like the photos. We changed rooms and some of the non-smoking rooms we were shown smelt of stale smoke. Average buffet breakfast with poor service. Horrible cheap scratchy razor in the bathroom. The positives - Great views from the 14th floor rooftop pool area, good blockout curtains and really great water pressure in the shower. Will not be staying again.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return in the future. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained — housekeeping took care of everything daily, so we always came back to a fresh and tidy space. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic: there was a wide variety to choose from, everything was fresh, and the flavors were delicious. Every morning offered something new, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent.

The entire hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept, which really made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The swimming pool is lovely and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to cool off and unwind during the day. Another big plus is that the beach is just a short ride away — only about 10 minutes by taxi — so it was very easy to enjoy both the city and some relaxing time by the sea.

Overall, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to enjoy their vacation.

Very good overall and would visit again.

Likes :

-clean large room with large bed and sofa with 2 TVs and very clean modern bathrooms.
-3 swimming pools very clean, gym is good too
-clean fresh food for breakfast but lacks variety.
-Good location, close to JBR and Emirates mall with some shuttle service.
-very nice kind staff

Dislikes:

-The paid extra child bed was old, small and very uncomfortable, sleeping on the sofa would have been better

- Very uncomfortable pillows.
-The children pool was old and lacking, could not intetest my 5 and 10 year old, maybe 3 year olds would like the splash zone
-The breakfast was just ok.

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall entrance via Chinatown Dubai Mall, just between Vida Mall and Address Residences. The good thing is we avoid Downtown Dubai traffic when we travel to other Dubai attractions while staying close to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Hotel cleanliness is superb, staff is helpful, 2 bedroom apartment we stay is fully furnished with all utensils and kitchenette are fully working. Special commendation to Madhuri who is very pleasant to us. Thank you for everything. Recommended hotel to stay in Downtown Dubai.

I really loved this hotel! The fantastic spa area is included in the price, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The spa being open until 10 PM is also a huge plus. It has a jacuzzi, a pool, a hammam, and a sauna. The interior design is very appealing. The room was also large and spacious, with many thoughtful touches – even a nail file in a box!

Breakfast was a whole other level; there was everything you could imagine and more, all fresh and delicious.

Its location is very convenient, just a 7-minute taxi ride to the airport for 250 Lira. Viaport is also nearby, perfect for some great shopping. There's a lovely area close by for walks, with fountains, cafes, and evening lights. Plus, there's a large Migros supermarket nearby.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I had an amazing stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to staying with you again. Highly recommended!

I'd rate my stay at this hotel a perfect 10/10. The experience was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, close to all the main tourist attractions. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to attend to all requests. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service overall was top-notch. This definitely won't be my last visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Istanbul.

This is a great location, if you're looking to go for a quick getaway, (from London in our case) and stay in a fab hotel, lovely breakfast and walks to some parks. The sauna was included and it was gorgeous and clean. Absolutely loved the fact that there was a ladies only section - sauna and hamam that you can use your self or book a treatment. I booked my husband and I a massage, fabulous and professional. They had a male therapist for my husband, extremely accommodating. Great service - and sent a birthday cake for my husband's 50th.
Great experience, thanks.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu. Do note that on the top floors, you can feel a draft from the windows during strong winds, so some window adjustments might be needed.

I had a very pleasant stay and overall a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.

The location was also very convenient, and the overall service quality met my expectations. Breakfast and food options were enjoyable as well.

Thank you for the hospitality — I would be happy to stay again in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems:
1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep.

At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available.

The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it.

Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.

I stayed 12 days in Movenpick , cleaning service is really good and staff attitude very nice . The problem is not any restaurant or fast food around, only have one supermarket close to hotel . I’ll definitely back there next time.

Movenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc's environment, facilities and the entire resort, including both indoor and outdoor spaces of the rooms, are absolutely impeccable!  I booked a room with breakfast included.  On top of that, the resort provided complimentary airport transfers and a free chocolate fountain available during afternoon tea hours every day, making it excellent value for money.
Beyond the nearly-perfect physical amenities, I would especially like to commend the resort's outstanding service.  I was impressed by how attentive every staff member across all departments was, creating a truly welcoming home-away-from-home experience for guests.  I mean every single staff member - from the front desk and restaurant teams to housekeeping - the service level was superb and truly remarkable.
There was one small incident:  I accidentally left my mobile phone inside the room safe after check-out.  The hotel proactively contacted me.  Although we have not yet finalised the logistics for getting the phone returned to me, the hotel has replied to my emails promptly every time, which has already given me great peace of mind.

Eally do appreciate the hotels hospitality. Our son was sick, they send a caring nurse to give him some medicine. Also they provided the porridge that the nurse recommended and am very thoughtful.

Hotel also provided shuttle services to airport, which is great.

One last, but no least, i told the reception that on the first night and the next morning that upstairs were noisy. The next night, they called and ask us hows the noise level, and am ready to switch the room for us if necessary.

I have not experience this kind of hospitality from a hotel for a long while..
