Hotel management seniors especially GM kindly take a note, you know I am a long time guest but some of your staff and surprisingly new new staffs are  now setting new rules for me, in the name of looking after hotel. Where were they, when racial discrimination was done to me or my guests? Really shameful. By the way, even at 2:30 am, your staff calls and asks me about booking, instead of whole day. Sorry isn't enough the next day. You need to kindly train people, on guest service, because it's a 5 star hotel and if your staff next day on reading my review says, I am only looking out for hotel, sorry it's all ********. Thanks

We stayed at this hotel with my best friend as their location is very nice. Our experience was not the best as we in our bathroom you can fe feel cigarette smell although the whole hotel is non smoking. They tried to fix and the next day it was the same and we think it comes from another room from the a/c. So many kids and one night some kids ring our doorbell when we were sleeping, the people staying the next door had their door open and people were running and screaming, when we called the receptionist they came to help with this but not straight away as we had to call twice. Not possible to swim in the pool as so many kids were not only in kids section but everywhere. Breakfast is fine but not exceptional, dinner is quite boring. Rooms are quite old too, so don’t expect it will be as on their photos as they definitely need to change them. For this price I would pick another hotel. Everything I liked about this place is their location.

This hotel not far from Al Nasr sport hall. 10 minutes walk. We had competition there. That’s why we chose this location. Airport Dubai also not so far. 
Hotel is old, many rooms have smell. First we got room with broken AC, it was like sauna. Good that they gave us another room, we had choice between 3 rooms(only one of them was without bad smell).
Bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the down pillows and blankets
There was a lot of Indian food at breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and 2 times we had indigestion, after we stopped eating this food, we ate only tea with cake.
In general it wasn’t so bad and staff was friendly and helpful but I don’t think that I will come back to this hotel.

Amazing stay for families! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located in a great area with beautiful city views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was very disappointed with the state of the room for such a good brand hotel. 
I didn’t bother reading any reviews. I just booked it because it was a known brand. 
unfortunately on arrival the room was in a state. It was very dusty and dirty very dated and just not nice at all. The room was not cheap costing nearly $170 plus so I expected a cleaner room it was 1 o’clock in the morning when I arrived and I was just so tired that I didn’t want to kick up a fuss so I just stayed the night and left in the morning 
had it been during the day I would’ve insisted on a refund and changed hotels. This is my true experience with this hotel on may not reflect the same for other travellers.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return in the future. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained — housekeeping took care of everything daily, so we always came back to a fresh and tidy space. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic: there was a wide variety to choose from, everything was fresh, and the flavors were delicious. Every morning offered something new, and the quality of the food was consistently excellent.

The entire hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept, which really made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The swimming pool is lovely and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to cool off and unwind during the day. Another big plus is that the beach is just a short ride away — only about 10 minutes by taxi — so it was very easy to enjoy both the city and some relaxing time by the sea.

Overall, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to enjoy their vacation.

Movenpick Dubai creek- definitely not 5*. (Barely 4* in my opinion.) Thankfully we only stayed one night after coming from staying at the incredible Conrad Towers in Abu Dhabi. The negatives- North and West facing rooms face a busy road or a busy intersection or a Mosque. Very tired rooms with ineffective double glazing. The rooms we were shown didn't look like the photos. We changed rooms and some of the non-smoking rooms we were shown smelt of stale smoke. Average buffet breakfast with poor service. Horrible cheap scratchy razor in the bathroom. The positives - Great views from the 14th floor rooftop pool area, good blockout curtains and really great water pressure in the shower.  Will not be staying again.

Very good overall and would visit again.

Likes :

-clean large room with large bed and sofa with 2 TVs and very clean modern bathrooms.
-3 swimming pools very clean, gym is good too
-clean fresh food for breakfast but lacks variety. 
-Good location, close to JBR and Emirates mall with some shuttle service.
-very nice kind staff


Dislikes:

-The paid extra child bed was old, small and very uncomfortable, sleeping on the sofa would have been better

- Very uncomfortable pillows.
 -The children pool was old and lacking, could not intetest my 5 and 10 year old, maybe 3 year olds would like the splash zone 
-The breakfast was just ok.

Very close to Dubai Mall. Turn left out of the hotel and walk straight through the passage to get to Dubai Mall – don't follow the navigation system, it will take you the long way around! The apartment rooms are very comfortable for families.

I really loved this hotel! The fantastic spa area is included in the price, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The spa being open until 10 PM is also a huge plus. It has a jacuzzi, a pool, a hammam, and a sauna. The interior design is very appealing. The room was also large and spacious, with many thoughtful touches – even a nail file in a box! 

Breakfast was a whole other level; there was everything you could imagine and more, all fresh and delicious. 

Its location is very convenient, just a 7-minute taxi ride to the airport for 250 Lira. Viaport is also nearby, perfect for some great shopping. There's a lovely area close by for walks, with fountains, cafes, and evening lights. Plus, there's a large Migros supermarket nearby.

My family and I usually prefer Mövenpick hotels, and this was my first stay at a Mövenpick in Turkey. We had also used some of their hotels for events before.
The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious.
However, I did not like my room. It was spacious, but it faced a wall and felt a bit dark. Since I enjoy spending time in my room, natural light is important to me.
For this price, I found more central hotels with balcony rooms, so I decided to move.
Other than that, everything was good.

My stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea was absolutely wonderful. The property perfectly combines modern luxury with warm hospitality. Breathtaking panorama of the Marmara Sea right from my bedroom window. Staff members were incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. 

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I loved it so much that I am already planning my next visit and will definitely be back again soon!

The staff proactively brought my luggage to my room and introduced it to me. The room, which didn't have a view of the historical building, was quiet and comfortable. I really liked the Mövenpick toiletries; they weren't slippery and the cleaning power was just right. It's also very close to the food street and pedestrian street—just one underground passage away. The convenience is quite good. If you couldn't book a bay view room at the last minute, you can try staying here.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu. Do note that on the top floors, you can feel a draft from the windows during strong winds, so some window adjustments might be needed.

I had a very pleasant stay and overall a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.

The location was also very convenient, and the overall service quality met my expectations. Breakfast and food options were enjoyable as well.

I stayed 12 days in Movenpick , cleaning service is really good and staff attitude very nice . The problem is not any restaurant or fast food around, only have one supermarket close to hotel . I’ll definitely back there next time.

Unbeatable! Excellent facilities, friendly staff—most of whom speak English. The front desk was polite, and the breakfast was superb. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. The only minor downside is that the children's facilities, like the indoor playhouse, are just average. They also have desserts in the lobby.

This hotel claims to be five-star, but I don't think it meets the standard overall. The housekeeping staff didn't clean the dirty towels, they just added new ones. We had to ask them to clean the room the next day. The breakfast selection was limited. We booked a sea-view room, but the first one only had a small partial sea view. Thanks to the front desk staff who diligently helped us switch to a full sea-view room. However, the air conditioning wasn't very cool, and when I asked other guests nearby, they said their AC was working normally. Also, the bathroom and room are separated by a glass partition, and even with a curtain, you can still see what people are doing inside, which is very inconvenient.
