We stayed for just one night, and everything was perfect. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s an excellent choice for a hotel near the airport. We dined at the Thai restaurant, where both the service and the food were impeccable

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨

The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.

The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.

it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even upgraded to a room with a stunning view.
The room itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities — including high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary water, and quality toiletries — added a thoughtful touch.
I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served a delicious breakfast buffet each morning with a wide variety of options.

We had a pleasant stay at Movenpick Hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and very helpful. Specially i must mention Hussain, Rahul and Vinayak. They were very accommodating and helpful. 
The location is in Bur Dubai, which is quite close to all main attractions. However you will have to use a taxi to get everywhere. Closest Metro is probably around 1.5km away. But taxi is easy to get. They have complimentary Chocolate Hour every day 4-5 pm.
All in all very pleased with my stay. Will come again.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip. The room was clean and the staffs were kind. Though it seemed perfectly located, the taxi drivers often took wrong route coming in/out of the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast though it was almost the same everyday.

Good customer service especially from Sabina who has been fantastic. Washing machines in the room is good.
Cleaning staff are friendly and polite.
All the staff are very friendly, rooms need some updating and some deep cleaning.

An excellent stay in this magnificent hotel with exceptional service! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing drink. The room with a panoramic view of the canal is absolutely splendid and very spacious. I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their warm welcome and the very warm atmosphere.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was spotlessly clean, with a sleek and modern design. The breakfast was exceptional, offering great quality and variety. Its location is super convenient, with a tram station just a 5-minute walk away that takes you directly to Eminönü. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—especially Mr. Ahmet, who went above and beyond to assist us. Overall, I had an amazing stay and wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in Istanbul!

Movenpick hotel on Marmara Sea is new hotel with beautiful design, comfortable room and perfect lobby. There is luxury restaurant with Turkish food on top floor with amazing view. Underground they have spa with sauna and nice pool. Bedding’s and everything is very clean. Shower is very good. Enjoy your stay on high floor as we did. Only one thing - please pay attention there connecting room, so if you like privacy ask no connection room before on reception. Room service 24 hours food is tasty food with vegetarian variety. I highly recommend this place to relax away from city crowd.
We try Movenpick ice cream and coffee on lobby bar.

I only had to spend a night here as my flight was cancelled. It is very close to Sabiha Gokcen airport. I was happy with my overall stay except that I was charged £4.35 for a small cup of Turkish coffee that came on it’s own, with no water or chocolate aside. It is a culture to have water with Turkish coffee but I wasn’t offered.

Very nice hotel in the city not too long drive from most of the attractions. Good service. I didn’t like the pool area that much but it indoor pool so it’s nice in winter time. It’s called istanbul Bosphorus but it’s not close enough you can’t see it. There is very nice mall near the hotel with lots of nice restaurants.

Great hotel, liked everything, excellent service. I'd love to come back.

I have to admit, I've never experienced such first-class service in a hotel. We were treated very warmly and had a truly excellent 24-hour service. The room was very clean and more than adequate for my brothers and me. We really didn't lack anything. Both the living area and both bedrooms had air conditioning. I really value cleanliness and have to say I was more than impressed with the bathroom and toilet. The exercise room, sauna, and indoor pool provide additional relaxation for families, and it was truly quiet. The location is a bit outside of the center, but if that doesn't bother you, it's perfectly fine. There's a bus stop two minutes away, which also takes you to the metro. If that's too inconvenient for you, you can also order a ride using the Uber app. Breakfast was very generous with a wide selection. There was even a special menu for vegetarians. I would definitely stay there again. 👏🏼

We had an early flight to Phu Quoc, arriving Movenpick by the hotel shuttle which we have booked beforehand at around 12pm. But we were asked to come back to the counter to check in again after 1pm as they were busy with doing check outs.  Yet even though we managed to check in at 1pm, we still have to wait till 4pm before we actually got into our villa.  Fortunately there was a lounge and kids playroom as well as chocolate time to keep us entertained for a bit.  But better communication would be appreciated so we need not queue at the counter again every hour to check on the room status.

We were provided with buggy to transport us and our luggages to our villa from the lobby after our room was ready.  The hotel staff was keen to provide us with contact via WhatsApp to arrange transportation throughout our trip which was a convenient touch.

The villa itself was spacious with 1 suite located on the ground floor and 2 located on the second floor and a private pool with lake view.  Instead of providing small bottled water, a large barrel of water with water dispensing nozzle was provided in the villa.  The rooms were clean and spacious, but noticed some closet door handles were broken, though it does not affect their function, just decrased the aesthetics.

We have informed the hotel beforehand that we are celebrating birthday for this trip and they have kindly prepared a cake for us which was a lovely touch.

Hotel staff were quick to response when requests were made over the phone including refilling water and getting a buggy for transportation.

Our main issue was water in the shower being lukewarm instead of warm/hot when multiple guests are showering at the same time.

Overall we had an enjoyable time at Movenpick and we wish we could stay longer to fully utilize all the facilities provided.  Maybe next time! 😉

The man by that name Hau was  disgusting. He brazenly went through my phone himself to leave a review and a rating. Into my phone! I'm just so angry. This is disgusting. The room cards he gave me didn't work, so I went back to the front desk. He did something, and after that, the second card still didn't work. We've been at the hotel four years in a row. It gets worse every year. It's gotten dirtier, the safe in the room didn't work. The food has gotten simpler. But the most important thing is that in the evening, the smell of waste appeared on the hotel grounds and nearby. It stank so much that we left the terrace. I think there's a landfill nearby because it smells like a dump. It's terrible. In the morning, the smell was almost gone, but there was still a smell in some places. I think this is a very serious problem with the hotel.
