During check-in, the front desk staff noticed that it was my husband's upcoming birthday, so they upgraded us to a larger room. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a commanding view that felt great. The mattress was very comfortable. However, the room service was extremely slow—when housekeeping forgot to leave towels, I called to request some and waited almost twenty minutes before they arrived. It was already very late, and I was extremely tired. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure. The nights in Dubai are quite cold, and the room temperature couldn't be adjusted to be warmer. I woke up in the middle of the night because I was too cold.
