The very kind staff, a special thanks to Sara and Sabrina. Thank you for your availability and thank you Sabrina for your wonderful smile, which makes you feel at home."

Hotel Sierra Silvana

Hotel Sierra Silvana

📍 Viale Don Bartolo Boggia, 5, Selva di Fasano
★★★★ 8.5 (57 reviews)

"Went in a group of 30 people, so not the greatest of food choice which we had to choose at breakfast time for the evening unfortunately. Pool area is nice, plenty of chairs and pool looks nice. A bit of an isolated place, certainly need your own transport as nothing nearby or to see. As others have said the coffee, juice were not the greatest and toast was not possible, a rather silly machine that didn’t do anything. My room was on the top floor so had no problems with noise, shower in bath so not ideal for me, no rubber mat to stop you slipping, no hand towel just a thin sheet to dry hands on, which was useless. Bar staff you have to watch what they charge for glasses of wine as they seem to vary!!!!"

★★★★ 8.8 (67 reviews)

"We stayed for 6 nights here in a sea view room, which was very comfortable and kept scrupulously clean. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and we had a most enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good with ample choice - the warm croissants were delicious! The pool area was peaceful and ideal to relax in the shade under an umbrella. The hotel is a short walk into Savalletri where there is a choice of eateries. On our last night we dined in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was very good indeed, we wished we had eaten there before! A special mention and thanks to Christian in the restaurant who was unfailingly friendly and attentive - both at breakfast and in the evening as he was working split shifts. The comparatively plain appearance of the hotel belies its comfort and atmosphere. Recommended as a base for seeing Puglia, but you will need a car. The hotel has free parking on site."

"Environment: Location in the city center. There are many restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Facilities: The room was clean, beautiful, like living in a palace. Service: The staff is very helpful! I spent the beautiful days in this area, the environment is absolutely wonderful, with large spaces. Every day I felt like living in a palace. Even the staff working in hotels have been very friendly and communicative. The restaurants in the vicinity are excellent. The most important thing is that people in this city are many very sympathetic and gentle .."

Masseria Salamina

📍 Via Case Sparse, 4, Fasano

"This place is so cool -- we stayed for 6 nights for a recent vacation. Such a great central location to visit nearby towns - Lecce, Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli more. The staff was so pleasant and attentive to our requests -- breakfast and coffee were spot on. The rooms are cleaned each day and the grounds are spotless. The buildings are so cool to come back each night where we'd have a glass of wine sitting in a sofa or chair in a large sitting room. We had dinner 2 nights here, which were fine, but we also enjoyed several nice restaurants withing 15 minutes in nearby towns,"

"Traveler warning: May 2,2026 Confusing and unreliable transfer services. Poor customer service. Casale del Murghese has been unresponsive in resolving a refund, repeatedly requesting IBAN/SWIFT details not applicable to Canadian accounts instead of refunding the original credit card. Caution advised if booking at this resort."

Hotel Del Levante Hotels in Fasano

Hotel Del Levante

"Lovely hotel, great beach, lovely pools, great seating outside all very comfortable, lovely views over Torre Canne lighthouse. Most elegant dining room and very comfortable all round with great staff - but what a disappointing chef!! He had no flair whatsoever, didn't use fresh herbs or enough seasoning. He could have done so much better with the ingredients - no imagination - lots of glutinous, flavourless sauces on pasta dishes could have been so easily improved with seasoning and herbs and some imagination. He really let the hotel down."

Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel

"We spent ten days at this lovely hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel is in an upmarket seaside hamlet and ideally situated to visit all the major sites. There is a pretty habour with excellent seafood restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, Alessandro and the team were all very welcoming. BA lost one of our suitcases for three days. The reception team went above and beyond trying to track it down for us and provided assistance with buying clothes to tide us over. We were upgraded to a sea view room when Alessandro found out about our anniversary. Breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant and offered a great selection of food . We were so glad to have found this hidden gem and will certainly be back soon."

"This is an amazing hotel in a wonderful, quiet location. The service from all staff is outstanding and delivered in a relaxed, friendly manner. For example, if you want to adjust the position of your comfortable sun lounger the pool staff will arrive in an instant to move it for you. The guest relations team arranged two guided tours us, and arranged a hire car for three days so we could drive ourselves to some of the beautiful 'white towns' in the Valle d'Itria. Nothing was too much trouble. For a special holiday you will not be disappointed - book it!"

Masseria San Domenico - Preferred Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Fasano

Masseria San Domenico - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

"We wanted to be there since a couple of years, following LWH site. in this zone there are TWO LWH luxury resort, this and the "twin" Borgo Egnazia. (reviewed apart on T.A.) So we organized a trip to both, masseria followed B.E. Both of the same owner, so both concierces work in synch to arrange trip. Place is an OLD masseria, very spacious and quiet, and we note much more compared to B.E. People are gentle, furniture and room is a bit outdated but nice. Room was very well organized and set. We recognized a different mood in personnel, more calm but anyway efficient. Place is very ample, with a very bit swimmign pool. PRO - real "masseria" - few gests, so very quiet - a lot of countruy around CONS - some details a bit outdated - restaurant is NOT adeguate to 5 start resort. -- Restaurant We tried it as we alredy ate at 1 starred restaurant the day before in Borgo Egnazia, Due Camini. This restaurant is a typical pugliese restaurant with good raw materials, but no more. it seems a restaurtant of 20 year old, with old style habits and nothing from modern cousine. Typical customer is old and accustomed to eat as a local restaurant. Wine card is inexistent. Resort is high level, but does nto deserve this place: I am asking how the got LHW sign with it."

Rocco Forte Masseria Torre Maizza Hotels in Fasano

Rocco Forte Masseria Torre Maizza

"Masseria Torre Maizza is incredible! The staff is friendly, happy, and is willing to do anything to make your trip perfect! Don’t miss after dinner cocktails with pianist, Mino. He can play almost anything, is very talented, and knows how to bring down the house! Get ready for some impromptu karaoke. Can’t wait to go back with my family!"

Masseria Borgo San Marco Hotels in Fasano

Masseria Borgo San Marco

"The staff (from check-in to breakfast service to check-out) were not hospitable, with few exceptions. You feel like a tolerated "money provider," not a welcome guest. At breakfast, we waited almost until the end to get coffee (Giuseppe? was anything but motivated...). There's a lack of a good spirit, someone keeping an eye on things. What a shame! It would be such a beautiful place (beautifully decorated, practically every corner is Instagrammable, a gorgeous masseria in the middle of 13,000 olive trees), but we can't wholeheartedly recommend it."

Borgo Dei Lecci Puglia Hotels in Fasano

Borgo Dei Lecci Puglia

"Stylish renovated property with beautifully planted grounds. There are various little seating areas dotted around the property. It really is a very thoughtfully designed hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The lady organising breakfast, Tonia, was so kind and welcoming. Pros: the stylish design, cleanliness, professional staff, comfortable quiet room, super shower/hammam, delicious breakfast, garden planting, quiet location. Cons: the pool was very cold, no dinner restaurant in the hotel and a trek to find one by car."

Mare Nostrum Hotels in Fasano

Mare Nostrum

"The first thing that struck me (negatively) was the reservation in the name of Hotel Vista mare rather than mare nostum, so much so as to generate confusion. The swimming pool was unusable, the hotel communicated these circumstances to me only two hours before arrival. The hotel was not well-kept, the breakfast was poor, the staff were not attentive and were superficial. It is not clear how it could be a 4 star. Not recommended."

Masseria San Nicola Savelletri - B&B Hotels in Fasano

Masseria San Nicola Savelletri - B&B

"A Place That Truly Feels Like Home Your masseria is truly a place of the heart 🤍 and your staff is simply wonderful. Real luxury is not about excess — it’s about making people feel at home, in places that are warm, welcoming, and authentic. And you have truly achieved that. Breakfast deserves a special mention: absolutely outstanding — a perfect 10/10. The homemade crostate are an incomparable delight, simply unforgettable. Thank you for creating such a special atmosphere. We felt cared for in every detail.🤍"

Masseria San Francesco Hotels in Fasano

Masseria San Francesco

"Absolutely gorgeous place! We were delayed getting into Bari and collecting car etc., but had no trouble whatsoever finding the place on Google Maps. The gated driveway and entrance is very impressive, even very late at night! We didn't arrive until around 23:30 and had no problem getting a couple drinks in before bed that night! It has a very boutique feel about it, though is extremely spacious, with beautiful surroundings and very well equipped accommodations. We had a 2 bed house and a 1 bed house, both had great amenities, including and iron and board (I did enquire prior and was advised no iron, so bought my travel one, but was pleased to see one there in each accommodation!). Outdoor seating and sun loungers were provided in our 2 bed property. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and sadly on our 2nd night we had to call the emergency medic out to one of our group. This was handled very well and although I had to make good use of Google Translate, the night manager communicated great via this platform and we had help out with no fuss and in around 20 mins an ambulance was at the property. Location is great to base yourself when visiting beautiful Puglia, and we also had a meal and drinks at the stunning 5 star Borgo Egnazia - literally a 5 min drive away - what a place that is!!! My only gripe is the cost to use the spa facilities - €40. Bit steep really and should be included in the price of the room. Understand that a booking might need to be made but to charge for this is unusual in my opinion. If this was an included benefit, I am sure more guests might book treatments. By charging to use the sauna etc., it keeps some guests away so they wouldn't even see these facilties or considering booking a massage maybe? Anyway, did not detract from a wonderful stay, albeit short! (BA cancelled our outbound so we arrived a day late!)."

Al Mirador Resort Hotels in Fasano

Al Mirador Resort

"I recently stayed at Hotel Almirador for 4 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the hotel’s website and promotional photos. The biggest issue was the apparent mismatch between the advertised images and the reality of the hotel. The website presents a vibrant, modern property with attractive facilities, but the actual hotel felt bland, dated, and under-equipped. The pool area and public spaces looked very different from the marketing materials and lacked the atmosphere shown online. Service was also far below expectations. There appeared to be no chef on site and food and drink options were very limited. During the day, there often seemed to be only one member of staff covering service, and there was no visible customer-facing reception or service team available when assistance was needed. One example is when my husband asked for a cold beer there was none in the fridge and we had to walk around the grounds to find someone to ask. Another example is we needed a snack before leaving to go to a wedding, and all they could offer was a bland cheese and ham toastie. The furnishings throughout the public areas were basic and inexpensive, with plastic chairs and low-quality furniture that felt inconsistent with the image the hotel promotes. The lobby, dining areas, and pool surroundings all felt under-resourced and lacked the standard you would expect at this price point. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of interest in guest feedback. Despite having ongoing communication with the hotel via WhatsApp during our stay, when we checked out the bill was simply handed to us without anyone asking about our experience or whether there had been any issues. The one positive aspect was that our room was clean and generally well maintained. However, this was not enough to compensate for the shortcomings elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, I felt that Hotel Almirador offered very poor value for money, it is overpriced, especially when compared with nearby hotels that appeared to provide significantly better facilities, service, and atmosphere at a similar price point. I would not return and would encourage prospective guests to look carefully beyond the promotional photos before booking. If anyone from the management would like to discuss you have my number."

Masseria Calderisi Hotels in Fasano

Masseria Calderisi

"It’s hard to know where to begin about our unforgettable wedding weekend at Masseria Calderisi! We had a 4 day/3 night weekend event at Calderisi with a full buyout of the hotel’s 24 rooms for about 140 guests at our largest event. Our guests were in heaven and it was the best weekend of our lives. I cannot think of a better place in the world to bring your closest friends and family to celebrate such a special moment. We are so lucky to have our family in the region! The venue is spectacular. The grounds of the Masseria are just stunning, blending perfectly the authenticity of a rustic traditional masseria with modern renovations for guest comfort. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, and feel both luxurious and cozy. We stayed in the Il Fortino suite, which was truly the best bridal suite I could ever imagine. The beds are comfortable, the bath products are excellent, great quality towels and sheets, and everything smells fantastic. Funny thing to note, I know, but it's true. THE BREAKFAST! I've never had a breakfast like it. Truly the most delicious breakfast experience of my life. There are so many beautiful areas of the masseria, that we were able to throw multiple events there (including some events that moved across multiple areas of the grounds) without anything ever feeling repetitive. It’s so chic and beautifully landscaped, with perfect interior and exterior decor to create the most relaxing atmosphere. We had an apertivo hour for guests on the first night of check in at the apero terrace, a pool party one afternoon, our wedding ceremony in the olive grove, our wedding dinner in the main piazza, dancing in the moroccan tent, and the best of all, an after party in the grotto. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Calderisi Mare, their beach club, is also amazing! We had a fabulous welcome party there. The food is some of the best you’ll find in the entire region. Pietro, the head chef, was present and hands on at all of our events. The dishes highlight the traditional cuisine of the region, but with a modern focus on quality and presentation. There was SO much food at all of the events, our guests were astounded. We had live food stations with chefs making fresh mozzarella and frying panzerotti, making pasta in a huge pan in front of the guests, and also plated dishes that were to die for. Normally at large scale events, I always find that the quality of the food suffers in order to mass produce everything. Not an issue here! The dishes were as delicious on the wedding day as they were for the tasting my husband and I did with just the two of us. I was so impressed. Also, the Calderisi spritz is the best cocktail for the summer, and their wine program is great. The staff is absolutely top notch. They are so professional, but are so warm and make you feel so at home. It was heartbreaking to leave, because we loved the staff so much! Maria at the GIOIA bar, Martino the bellhop, Tomaso one of the bartenders, are just a few to name "

Masseria Sottomasi Hotels in Fasano

Masseria Sottomasi

"We spent a wonderful eight days at Masseria Sottomassi which surpassed all expectations. We were a group of 14 for a special birthday celebration. The grounds, the thoughtful & imaginable interior design of the rooms and natural beautify of the regions also exceeded expectations. The property is well placed to access the coast & beach clubs, to gorgeous small Puglian hill towns & history. Thousands of olive trees, some of which are thousands of years old stand out. The staff of Sottomasi make it shine! From Pino & Zeto, to the kitchen crew to of course Ruth for her vision. A holiday that will stay in our hearts. It’s a special place we already want to return to."

"Very beautiful property in the middle of the olive trees. We had a room with a small attentive living room and a bathroom with a beautiful shower. Very pleasant staff. Little bemol, the bed a little wet. Our guest has been staying in a nearby hotel with a similar range, following a general electricity problem, and has taken care of everything we had nothing to manage."

"After seeing the huge tourist population in Alberobello decided to stay in Savelletri by the ocean (just needed a temporary 1 night stay). It's a quieter place, meant for relaxing and enjoying the ambience. This hotel ended up being a great choice for the value - it's in walking distance to the small city area near by, very clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. All-in-all a great experience"

"We stayed with our family in two rooms. The larger suite is spacious and had an outdoor space with a plunge pool and was lovely and comfy. The smaller double room was in the courtyard and had no outdoor space so nowhere to dry anything or sit. It was beautifully done out bit of staying for a long time I think you’d feel limited . Food for breakfast was beautiful and simple and options to have lunch at the cafe bar by the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay. My only comment is the patio door of the bigger room was broken and we asked twice for it to be fixed and it never was during our stay meaning anyone could have entered our room."

Palazzo Egnazia Fasano ★★★
"A very perfect stay. The hotel has just opened 4 months ago. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Each room is equipped with a coffee machine. The front desk speaks very good English and the service is very attentive. The only drawback is that because the hotel is very new, their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened. However, there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect it at all. Accommodation quality. Because the hotel is in the center of the city, it does not have its own parking space. There are parking spaces around and on the adjacent main streets, and the prices are very cheap. We just happened to catch up with the olive picking season, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss’s own olive garden and have a hands-on picking experience. They also arranged a picnic with their own olive oil tasting in the olive garden, and then participated in the olive picking experience. The whole production process of olive oil pressing workshop. It was the first time in my life to experience olive oil making, which was very unforgettable. For my companion's birthday, the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was super thoughtful. I will choose here again next time I come."

"We had a booking for 16 people, 21:30 hrs - some of the food arrived cold, the monkfish was not cooked properly. Tiramisu was still frozen. The waiter did not even know what an affogato was. When sending dishes back to the kitchen, it took forever to be returned. The staff did not seem very happy and was not very attentive. When we complained upon settling the bill, the guy was very apologetic and sorry. However, he got his manager who denied any wrongdoing and they ended up charging us the full amount for everything, even though he assured us, that he’s giving us a discount. Very disappointing experience, such a beautiful place, be aware!"
