Our family, including seniors and children, stayed here and had a really satisfying overall experience! The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had an elderly person, they proactively helped us with our luggage. It's convenient for getting around and dining, and the soundproofing is good, so the kids rested well. It's great value for money, and the whole family was very pleased. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip! It's also right across from a park, and it's very convenient to walk to tourist attractions.

Excellent value for the price, I'm very satisfied with the quality. Especially the bedding, room amenities, and the breakfast – it was delicious. A special shout-out to the friendly front desk guy (I don't know his name, but he wore glasses, was quite tall, and had his fringe swept back). When I checked in, I mentioned wanting a quiet room, and he just said 'Sure, no problem!' and immediately upgraded me to a smart king room without any fuss. Also, kudos to the auntie at the restaurant who made the fresh noodles in the morning. Since it was my first time in Guilin, I asked if it was authentic Guilin rice noodles. She honestly said it wasn't, just regular ones, and then recommended a place to try the real thing. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and sincere everyone was – neither the front desk nor the auntie gave off that fake, overly polite customer service vibe. All in all, I'm very pleased.
