Our family, including seniors and children, stayed here and had a really satisfying overall experience! The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had an elderly person, they proactively helped us with our luggage. It's convenient for getting around and dining, and the soundproofing is good, so the kids rested well. It's great value for money, and the whole family was very pleased. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip! It's also right across from a park, and it's very convenient to walk to tourist attractions.

This B&B is right inside the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk from Observation Deck No. 1, which makes it super convenient for catching the sunrise and taking photos. The owner also offers free pick-up and drop-off services throughout your stay, which is a real lifesaver, and they even help carry luggage to your room. The rooms have great natural light and fantastic views, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the stunning rice terraces. The homestyle dishes served here are also very authentic. You can take care of all your dining and accommodation needs right on-site. Plus, there are plenty of spots perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. It made traveling and sightseeing incredibly hassle-free. It was a very pleasant stay!

Excellent value for the price, I'm very satisfied with the quality. Especially the bedding, room amenities, and the breakfast – it was delicious. A special shout-out to the friendly front desk guy (I don't know his name, but he wore glasses, was quite tall, and had his fringe swept back). When I checked in, I mentioned wanting a quiet room, and he just said 'Sure, no problem!' and immediately upgraded me to a smart king room without any fuss. Also, kudos to the auntie at the restaurant who made the fresh noodles in the morning. Since it was my first time in Guilin, I asked if it was authentic Guilin rice noodles. She honestly said it wasn't, just regular ones, and then recommended a place to try the real thing. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and sincere everyone was – neither the front desk nor the auntie gave off that fake, overly polite customer service vibe. All in all, I'm very pleased. I didn't take many other photos, so here's one of the restaurant.

Every time I travel, I give priority to this one, and the overall quality is stable and reliable. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, and the mattress is soft and you can relax when you lie down. The breakfast porridge is complete and the Chinese taste is very suitable for your appetite. The lobby atmosphere is comfortable, the front desk cloves are neat, the self-service laundry room is particularly convenient, the details are intimate, and it is easy to travel here.

The hotel boasts exquisite design and a beautiful environment, perfectly situated in a prime location for exploring the Tianshengcheng Scenic Area. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a lovely, high-end fragrance. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet, and her service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, making me feel very comfortable. The room facilities were also very well-appointed, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast was fantastic, with the wontons (chaoshou) and local noodles (xiaomian) being particularly authentic and fragrant. It was a very pleasant stay!

I am filling this review out as the person who booked and paid for the room on behalf of my guest / driver, who stayed here for eight days. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor, and despite being adjacent to the main lobby, it was reasonably quiet. A set menu breakfast with nine small dishes was provided every morning in the restaurant, and was very healthy and beautifully presented. Cleaning was done every morning by aunties who knocked around 10a.m. to check if cleaning was requested. Parking onsite for free and EV charging was also available very conveniently next to the hotel. Although the hotel room was non-smoking, the driver smoked both inside the room and in the public lobby, but was not ticked off or asked to smoke outside (!). Staff were very courteous and friendly, always helping with any issue and happy to answer any questions. On departing, both the driver and myself received local biscuits as a gift. Really wonderful place to stay with an extremely well trained, polite family of hospitality experts.
