After reassigning us a new room, the door card didn’t work. Had to go down to lobby again to get some assistance. The food robot overriding the elevator all the time didn’t make it easier. So all in all the check in process took nearly 40 minutes. Not good. Staff was friendly though. The second room also had a light smoking smell, but after opening the windows bearable. The room was clean and had all necessary equipment. Nothing special though as expected in this price category. All in all the visit was a 3/5 and without the check in troubles could have been a 4/5

The subway station is less than a minute's walk away, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, bus station, Qiulin Company, and Songlei Commercial Building.
