Hanting Hotels in Harbin

Upon check-in, the tall female staff member at the front desk noticed we had a lot of luggage and proactively and warmly helped us open the door. She was efficient and processed our check-in quickly. The room window faced Qiulin Company, and although it was right above a main road, the noise wasn't too bad once the window was closed. The room was clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, there was no luggage rack or cabinet to place suitcases, so we had to organize them on the floor, which was inconvenient. On the day of check-out, we returned at 11:30 AM after buying some things across the street and asked the front desk if we could have a slightly extended check-out time to organize our luggage. A shorter female staff member at the front desk repeatedly urged us to download the HUAZHU app, claiming it would grant a two-hour extension. We repeatedly told her that we were in a hurry and didn't want to deal with that, and just needed a little extra time to pack, like at other hotels. This staff member then informed us that we would get half an hour, and any time beyond that would be charged. What should have been a simple request turned into a lengthy and troublesome ordeal, which negatively impacted our experience.

Our stay with my partner was fantastic! The environment was quiet and the atmosphere was wonderful. The cleanliness was impeccable; the mirrors and bathroom were spotless. Being a private room meant we didn't have to worry about being disturbed, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

The new Hanting Hotel has newly renovated rooms and a spacious lobby, making it a great alternative to an Atour hotel. The only downside is parking can be a bit tight; there are some spots behind the Transportation Building, but they're usually full. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Shanghai Street Metro Station, making it very convenient to get to Central Street and Harbin Railway Station.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab food or essentials. Overall, it’s a great, affordable hotel with a convenient location and truly warm, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is very delicious. I like to eat the fried noodles. The rooms are very clean. Hanting is my first choice when traveling. There is a self-service washing machine on the second floor. I like it very much. The service attitude of the waiters is also good and considerate. I will stay there next time I come to Erbin. will come.

The hotel has a great location, situated in a central part of Harbin's old town, next to Line 2 subway station and very close to the subway. The hotel service was excellent; the receptionists were all very welcoming, and their homemade candied hawthorns were delicious. The room was clean and warm, but there was a slight odor, possibly due to the underfloor heating being on.

There's a night market just a few steps away. The service is good and the environment is good. There's free laundry on the fifth floor. You can also check in early. The aunt cleaned it very well and the room was very comfortable. The front desk service was also very helpful. A small robot delivered food, the elevator entered and exited by swiping your card, and there was also a free parking lot.
