Hotel is just 50 m from the Metro. Room is big. The provided only 2 tubes of shower gel and shampoo. House keeping not very thorough. Shampoo and shower used about half and they did not replenished with new tubes. Coffee cup not washed at all. Toilet not suitable for those not closely related as it has a translucent sheet at the middle only. Bottom and top half is transparent.
Arrived late in the evening. Quick check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was okay, with daily towel replacement. There're a few local restaurants right outside the hotel, and supermarket within 5 mins walk distance. Easy to travel around Harbin, as the hotel located not very far from the major attractions. Temperature outside was -20, but it was always perfectly warm inside the room. Hot water with a good pressure. Overall very good choice.
I dont have any pictures but the hotel room was good
even the environment around was quiet but that s good.
Not far from Beima subway station and easy to go to Zhongyang road
the hotel staff was really nice and kind here!☃️🌟🌟🌟
I have a small trip to snow town and they allow me to keep 4 very large baggages at the hotel which I really appreciate.

Even though the room was a bit cold and located on the first floor, they upgraded our room type. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, and the bed was a comfortable 180cm king-size. This is a stark contrast to a certain hotel (Dongyuan Riverside Hotel), which falsely advertised a 180cm bed when it was clearly only 160cm. When we pointed it out, they still insisted it was 180cm, and the manager looked like we owed him a fortune. There's really no comparison; Huajiantang is a fantastic choice for booking a hotel when traveling – great location and excellent service!
Definitely worth the stay.Room is very clean.all the amenities are good.staff is helpful and kind.really love the stay.plus point is just a few steps to the metro station which is very convenient. For muslim traveler it's near the mosque and surround with many halal restaurant.if i visit Harbin definitely will stay here again.
One suggestion to hotel is to add maybe 2 more washing and dryer machine for hotel user.
Overall it's really worth the stay. Please consider this hotel seriously if you visit Harbin.
We booked a family room and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very comfortable. It's close to Caoshi Street, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals. The robot delivery for food orders was also very handy.
However, the service didn't feel as good as other places. I left a bottle of facial cleanser and a small accessory behind, but no staff member reached out. When I called to inquire, they said they would look into it, but I never heard back. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was at a comfortable level anyway.
This hotel is located in the Chinese Baroque Quarter, offering a blend of Chinese and Western styles. The exterior boasts Western Baroque-style curved facades, while the interior is designed like a traditional Chinese courtyard. It's just a short taxi ride to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, or you can opt for the subway.
Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, the complimentary minibar here included birch juice and Kvass, allowing me to try local specialties without having to go out and buy them. The complimentary European bread at check-in was also a nice touch.
Breakfast offers both a buffet and set meals, featuring a mix of Russian borscht and Chinese wonton soup, truly a fusion of East and West.
Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Harbin.
My spouse and I went to Central Street to experience the bustling crowds, and Xingcheng Hotel was an excellent choice. It's conveniently located, very clean, well-equipped, and the staff's service attitude was superb. The breakfast was plentiful with a great balance of meat and vegetables.
The location is easy to find. It is opposite the Baroque Street. It is not far from Harbin Station, Central Street and Sophia Church. The room facilities are comfortable and warm, and the hygiene is good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They even gave hand cream when checking out, which is very considerate.
This 35-square-meter river-view apartment offers incredible value! Its biggest draw is its location—facing the Songhua River directly. You can see the river every day from the window, and even a short 5-minute stroll to the river in the evenings is truly breathtaking.
Although small, the apartment is fully functional, featuring simple, modern decor. The ensuite bathroom and kitchen are both clean and functional, making it perfect for a single person or a couple on a short stay. The best part is the snack street downstairs! In the morning, you can get hot soy milk and fried dough sticks, and in the evening, you can enjoy grilled cold noodles, sweet and sour pork, and candied haws. Authentic Northeastern snacks are everywhere—a perfect foodie's paradise!
Transportation is also convenient, with a nearby bus stop, making it quick and easy to get to Central Street or St. Sophia Cathedral. Occasionally, you can hear the bustling noise downstairs at night, but with the windows closed, it doesn't affect your sleep. If I had to find a flaw, it would probably be the average soundproofing, but given the price and location, it's perfectly acceptable.
In short, this apartment is perfect for travelers seeking convenience and river views. I would recommend it to my friends!

Excellent
GGuest UserThe location of the room is particularly good, by the Songhua River, the Guandong Square, especially the atmosphere of life. Downstairs is the Chinese Baroque, and there is a halal snack shop that is good and cheap. There is a ferry to Sun Island, and a taxi to Central Street will arrive soon.
The room was very satisfied, clean and tidy, the facilities were no different from the home, the whole was complete, the washing machine was washing clothes, and the refrigerator was very practical.
The landlord introduced the route and hotel very warmly, and the maintenance was very careful. Thank you. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to experience the winter in Harbin.
GGuest UserIt's a great experience. The location is convenient. There are two large beds and the bedding is comfortable. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, and a projector for members. It's a pleasant surprise for me. I chose a place to stay on my third day in Harbin. This B&B is clean and tidy. It feels like entering the room. It's just clean. Hygiene is very important when staying outside. The landlord is also very enthusiastic and answers all questions in a timely manner. Worth recommending!
Bbb02The room is large and the service is really great! From the time of entering the door, the front desk lady gave us a protective film for our ID card, and after the check-in, the front desk brother gave us two super ~! The suitcase was carried upstairs, and I entered the room and saw that the room was delivered with snacks and welcome fruits. What was even more surprising was that I also sent ear bags, gloves, and warm babies. These intimate supplies! I have to say that Harbin is too cold, but we have a lot of warm equipment to leave these small gifts to people in need hahaha, and the hotel also prepared frozen pears and frozen persimmons! Southerners are ecstatic! ! The location is also very good in the scenic area to save the taxi fare. The only downside is that there is no elevator, but after all, the building may be old and understandable.
117055A delightful surprise for our family trip to Harbin! This guesthouse is truly family-friendly, providing a smooth and comfortable experience from booking to check-out. The rooms are playful yet stylish, with themed rooms that the kids absolutely loved. The location is superb, situated next to the Chinese Baroque Scenic Area, allowing you to experience Republican-era architecture right outside your door. Several popular tourist attractions are within walking distance, and Central Street is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. A 100-inch projector is perfect for watching cartoons with the kids in the evenings, a separate refrigerator provides storage for snacks and fruit, and a pressure-free mattress helps alleviate travel fatigue. The owner understands the needs of families with children perfectly, showing thoughtful attention to detail. Clean, conveniently located, and full of fun – truly the pinnacle of family-friendly guesthouses in Harbin!
GGuest UserThe experience of the Guyu B&B in Harbin far exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, and the lively Chinese Baroque Old Street is very convenient to go shopping. The homestay itself is too tasteful, and the old building has been remodeled to retain the Russian style, and it is full of design and warmth. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was exquisite, and the bedding was comfortable enough to not think of. The landlord was super warm and caring and gave a lot of practical suggestions. Pushing open the window is the scenery of the old street, and the night is particularly quiet. Next time you come to Harbin, you must still live here! Highly recommended, strong Amway!
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic – just a stone's throw from Chinese Baroque, and not far from Central Street and the Flood Control Monument either. The room decor is very cozy and it's spotlessly clean. There are plenty of great local eateries nearby, all within easy reach. The price is also very reasonable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly – definitely a big thumbs up! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserHighly satisfied with our stay! The service was incredibly personalized and thoughtful. They even upgraded us to a family room at no charge, especially after noticing our child was a bit older. We also reported a minor issue with the exhaust fan in our room, which was addressed very promptly. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff; they truly made our trip a memorable and happy one.
MMubingyulinGive a good review. You can't expect too much for this price. The boss lady is very nice! I came in a hurry and didn't have time to bring all the things. The boss lady also gave me a warm baby! I can recommend it to my friends who come to Harbin in the future. The location is good. It is very close to the subway entrance of Line 3, and opposite is the Chinese Baroque Style Street! There is also a supermarket next to it for convenient living!
