The front desk's Ms. Zhuang was friendly and amiable; she even helped us with a minor breakfast voucher issue from a customer's perspective, which left a deep impression on us. She's as nice as she is beautiful. Everyone at the concierge on the first floor was great, always on duty and greeting us with a smile. The only drawback was the restaurant's female supervisor. My child was playing with the Christmas train set, and it wasn't even making noise, but another guest, an older lady, complained about it. While we disciplined our child, we didn't make a fuss. As a restaurant employee, being present at the scene, she should have intervened to calm the situation and apologize, instead of turning a blind eye. Does it really take a guest throwing a tantrum for you to address an issue on the spot?
