This was an absolutely incredible stay that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and every detail was perfect. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Every staff member had a smile on their face, providing proactive yet never intrusive service. The next time I visit this city, this will definitely be my first choice again. I highly recommend it to all my friends!

The hotel's location is quite good, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. Daoli Market is also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away – a real hidden gem of a market. Perhaps due to the peak tourist season, the front desk service was just so-so, though one front desk staff member was quite enthusiastic. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a family room, and they also assigned us a room close to the elevator as requested, which was very satisfactory. Overall, the room cleanliness was acceptable, but the details could use some improvement. Ordering takeout was convenient, with robots delivering the food. The housekeeping auntie was very friendly and even helped us dispose of our takeout trash. The hotel breakfast taste was just average.

The hotel is located very close to Sunac Mao, in the financial port area, and is quiet in the bustle. The hotel has free underground parking spaces, and the check-in procedure is very fast. This time I experienced room 915. The suite area is 60 meters. The room adheres to the all-season log Zen style. The in-room facilities and equipment are of good quality, and there is a welcome Fruit and white rabbit toffee, haha! The room view can see Snowflake Square and part of the river, and the external environment is very quiet. The breakfast is particularly praised. The dining environment is fresh and clean, the dishes are delicious and the variety is relatively rich, especially the braised noodles, non-GMO soy milk, and Wuchang rice. It can be seen that the hotel's control of details is in place. The overall experience of the hotel is very good, recommended!

The hotel has a free self-service laundry room for guests, equipped with washing machines, dryers, and steam irons. Scanning a QR code will notify us via a mini-program whether our clothes are washed or dried, which is very convenient for guests staying for 4 days! 2. The hotel has a delivery robot, so you can get your food without going downstairs. 3. The rooms have the standard amenities of a new hotel, such as mattresses, showers, and toilets, which are all quite good! For women who prefer a hairdryer, it's recommended to bring your own! Also, the mirror in the hotel room isn't very practical for makeup application! The only downside is that the rooms with windows and people smoking indoors resulted in a smoky smell in the hallways and elevators! Finally, let's talk about the service. I can only give it a neutral ”average” rating. We arrived in the early morning on our first day, and the front desk, seeing we were staying for four days, offered to move us to a window-facing room facing the street the next day, which made us very happy! My friend and I are both extremely sensitive to the smell of smoke, and we were worried about unpleasant odors in rooms with windows! I specifically noted this on my booking! However, the third day was the worst. My friend was woken up at 7 am by the smell of smoke. When she was about to leave, she saw a guest asking room service to clean her room. This guest was staying next door, and he was standing at our door smoking! We were in such a rush to leave that we didn't have time to complain! When we returned from our sightseeing in the afternoon, we went to the front desk to report the incident. Even while we were complaining, another guest was smoking in the lobby. We asked, ”Don't you stop this kind of smoking?” They replied, ”We've told the guest, but he won't listen!” We were speechless because smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in Shanghai! On the fourth day, I was woken up at 5 AM by the smell of smoke. I went downstairs to complain to the receptionist that someone was smoking and I was woken up so early! 😡 (Later, the staff told me they had checked upstairs and there was no smell!) I also contacted Ctrip customer service about the situation. I had originally told the hotel that because of the flight delay, we planned to buy a room by the hour and pay for late check-out until 6 PM, but I was so angry to be woken up by the smell of smoke so early that morning! Ctrip customer service said they understood my feelings and could help me communicate with the hotel to see if they could waive the fee, but they could only get back to me after 10 AM! The result was that the hotel didn't agree, and customer service told me to pay first, while Ctrip, on behalf of the platform, refunded the fee to me! I want to give Ctrip customer service a thumbs up here 👍🏻 for their timely response and consideration for customers, providing the most satisfactory experience!

Check-out at the front desk was efficient, and the service was courteous and attentive. Breakfast included a full range of hot options. Whether for business trips or short getaways, this hotel is suitable and highly recommended; I will definitely choose it again next time.

They've replaced the old-fashioned coffee table with a long desk, which is a fantastic and modern design, great for families traveling with kids during the summer who still need to do online classes. The washing machine and dryer are also very practical, meeting general laundry needs, and you can even scan a QR code to get updates on your laundry status, which is super convenient. Cleanliness: Meets the standards of similar-tier hotels. The shower pressure is even and strong, and the toilet features automatic flushing and a heated seat. Service: Also good. We booked breakfast on-site and received a discount. The breakfast selection and taste were both good. Environment: There's a commercial area directly opposite, making dining very convenient.
